When the bell rang, I rushed out of school so that I could be in time to collect Ava. I walked into her little school, it was very welcoming. The path had flower beds on either side which were absolutely filled with vibrant coloured flowers. I walked into the main building to see a very pretty teacher. (She really reminded me of Ms Honey from Matilda. She was wearing a yellow dress, cute sandals, simple jewelry and simple makeup.) smiled at me, walked into a classroom and then walked back in holding Ava's hand. "Goodbye teacher Holly" she said as she grabbed my arm and skipped out of the school gates.
We were walking home through the park talking about how both our school days were when I saw Jack. I scrambled my brain for thoughts to get Ava away when I saw her friend ahead of us. I told her to go with Joanne and her mum because I just remembered that I left my homework in my school locker. I quickly kissed her on the cheek and she began running to catch up with Joanne and her mum. Joanne lived a few doors down from ours so it wasn't too far. Jack approached me and said that he needed to speak to me and he sounded serious so I followed him to the corner of the park. All of a sudden, he began to come really close to me. I stepped back but he pushed me against a wall and locked his arms on either side of me. There was no escape!
