Definitely the Park

Waking up the next morning, realizing that yesterday was not a dream, but the most perfect thing that could have ever happened, is the best feeling in the world.

I got out of bed, and put on my slippers.

Then, I walked over to my 4 foot wide window, opened the lightly colored curtains and looked outside.

The view from my window was absolutely beautiful. I could see the sunrise over all the buildings and trees. 

The sun kissed the treetops and hugged the tops of the buildings.

I looked down to the many parks around the city. I saw the park closest to my apartment, filled with cherry trees and a huge fountain in the middle.

The fountain was surrounded by a stone path, and it lead to the front gate then all the way around the park clinging close to the fence, and around to the back gate.

There were benches on the outside of the stone circle that surrounded the fountain.

In one of the benches was a young couple, they look so cute together, I thought.  

Sigh.

'Wait...what am I forgetting...' I thought

"Tanner!"

I can't believe I forgot about my charmer!!

I rushed downstairs as fast as I could and slid on my tiled kitchen floor in my mismatched socks.

"AHHH!" I screamed as I hit the counter in the middle of the kitchen.

I knew that counter was trouble ever since my mom ordered it.

I quickly sprang to my feet, and then realized I was still in my pajamas...

Running up the stairs, and tripping up the top stair, I ran into my room.

My closet usually held my summer clothes and my dresser held my winter clothes.

So I went through my closet finally settling on light denim capris, and an orange T-shirt.

I then ran back down stairs and slid into the bathroom, hitting the door on my way in.

Then, rushing out of the bathroom I grabbed an orange from the fruit bowl on the kitchen counter and heard a thud follow it.

I slowly turned on my heels and watched the last of the fruit fall onto the floor.

"Oopsies... " I said to myself.

Quickly picking up the fruit and steadying the bowl I grabbed my keys and ran out the door.

I quickly brushed my fingers through my hair, and parted my hair to the left, as always. 

As I locked my apartment door, I quickly grabbed my cellphone and synched it with my Vision System at home.

Scanning through my contacts, I immediately found Tanner's name. I dialed the number and waited.

I heard some muffled sounds and ten I heard his velvety voice.

"Misty?" I loved how my name sounded when he said it. 

"Uh... hi." I hadn't really imagined getting this far.

Tanner chuckled. "So the park or coffee shop?"

I smiled and said, "How about the park. I wouldn't like to repeat last time's incident."
He chuckled again and said, "Yeah me either. But if it did, I'd still let you use my coat."

I giggled and said thank you.

"Well I'll see you in 15 then." Tanner replied.

"Okay. Seeya then."

"Okay bye."

"Bye." I replied.

4 months since the two  hooked up. They spent so much time together, yet they hadn't had their first kiss. Both of them had dreamt it to be absolutely perfect.

The two were almost inseparable. You could see the love between them. He was a photographer, and she was an artist.
Together they'd take the most beautiful photos, and make the most beautiful paintings.

However, all couples fight. Yet, their first fight is usually not their last...

Sooooooo.... what do you think it means???? You have yet to find out!! and I'm super duper sorry about the huge delay. Its summer and I've been reading some other great books on Wattpad. :) There are some really great writers out there. :) Anywhoooo, I promise that I will have the next chapter posted as soon as I can.
