Chapter 7

 Liam POV

"We're not going to hit you" I say calmly

"Y-you're not?" Mackenzie sniffles

"No we would never do that" Louis replies

"Girls get up and follow us to the living room" I instruct

They do as told. Once we reach the living room we sit in a large circle on the floor.

"Okay girls, I know this is probably a touchy subject for you, but we need you to explain why you thought I was going to hit you" I demand

"B-because you were raising your hand like miss a-nevermind" Kenzie cuts her self off

I give them the 'I know you're hiding something' look and Nia is quick to speak up.

"We...we can't" She says looking at the floor instead of me

"Why not?" Zayn asks

"Because we promised not to a-and you're not supposed to break a promise" Kendall sighs

"You need to tell us. This is an important matter and anyway it's not like we are going to tell anyone. You can trust us girls" I lie about the last part. If they really are getting abused I am going to call the fucking police.

"Okay" Brooke, being the oldest decides to speak" You know how on the show Abby yells terrible things to us like calling us worthless and replaceable and stuff. Well, she's being nice for the cameras, believe it or not. She...she beats us, like HARD. Abby uses belts,sticks,barbed wire,her hand, her shoe and stuff like that. Three times she literally threw Mackenzie into Chloe, Nia or the wall. The only person she is lenient with is Maddie, but she's beaten her before too. We're not supposed to tell anybody, not even our moms. Melissa knows about it, but Abby pays her not to tell." Brooke and Mackenzie start to cry.

The lads and I wear the same shocked expressions on our face.

"That fucking jackass! We need to put a stop to this" Louis screams

"No!" The girls yell simultaneously

"You aren't supposed to know and you promised not to tell" Nia cries

"No she needs to be put into jail along with whoever this Melissa person is" I retort and Kenzie begins to cry even harder, shaking her head from side to side

"Melissa is me and Kenzie's mom" Maddie explains as a single tear rolls down her cheek.

"I'm sorry,but the two of them need to be put in jail" Niall says angrily

"You can't do that" Maddie shouts"...Please" She whispers the last part, her voice cracking.

"Fine we won't" I lie again and the lads look at me like I'm crazy

"Girls, clean up the mess from your little food fight.Boys come with me" I instruct and they oblige

"Li, what the hell were you thinking! You know we have to tell the police" Niall whisper yells.

"I know, I just said that so they would stop arguing. Of course we are going to tell the police about it" I reply in a 'duh' tone

"So here's what we're gonna do. Autumn is close with Chloe and Paige right? Well, we are going to need her to trick them into going to the police station. The police of course are gonna force them to tell. Abby and Melissa will be arrested and we'll get Paige and Chloe to keep quiet, then the others won't know until the tour is over" I smile at the brilliant plan I made up. Good one Liam .

"Good plan, but we have rehearsals tomorrow and for the rest of the week for our concert on Friday" Harry says

"Today's only Sunday. We have plenty of time to figure it out. The real problem is getting Autumn to agree" I sigh and all heads turn to Niall.

"What if this hurts her friendship with them. Her only other friends are in America, there's no fucking way I'm gonna do that to her" Niall raises his voice a bit,

"I know, but remember this is for the girls' well being" Zayn adds

"I know, but I can't just break up their friendship like that" I retort

"Niall mate, I know you don't want to, but you have to. It's the only way to stop them from being abused" Harry says

"Fine" I sigh " I'll go speak to Autumn"

Autumn POV

"Autie, I need to speak to you...and it's important" Niall sighs

"It isn't about Harry again, is it?" I reply getting a bit irritated.

"No. It's about the other girls. We're gonna tell the police, but they're gonna need more information than we know. We need ya to help us trick Chloe and Paige into going" He says nervously and I rapidly shake my head.

"Heck no! I can't betray them like that! I don't want to lose my friendship with them" I nearly yell, but I don't because I am aware that they are in the house.

"It may seem like you're betraying them, but you're not. It's helping them, so they won't get abused after the tour. Think about it" Niall persuades

"I know it's good for them, but they're gonna hate me. They're my best friends. I could never do that to them." I reply

"Please Autumn. It will pay off. Do you really want them to be abused again after the tour is over?"

In all honesty, I know he's right. They are my best friends and I can't imagine them having to go back to that life of abuse after the tour is over.

"Fine" I sigh in defeat. They're gonna hate me, but at least they will be safe.
