Summers POV:

"Aww! Aren't you a cutie! You're so cute!"

I walked over to the dog that seemed too adorable for its own good. Then I noticed that the god was alone in the woods and was most probably abandoned or lost and was probably starving and dying for water.

The dog looked like it had not eaten in days, so I took my backpack off my back and searched through it for some food for the dog to eat. The dog stared at me with adorably puppy eyes while scanning the food in my hand.

I broke my sandwich that I packed and cut it in half. Thankfully, the sandwich was made up of ham, cucumber and a bit of salad so it would be able to fill me up and give me some strength plus its healthy. :D

I stared at the dog and offered half of the sandwich to it. The dog looked and sniffed it, and then with in a blink of an eye the dog gulped it down in one gulp. I just stood there a bit shocked. Man! That dog must have been hungry! After I patted the dogs head, I ate my part of the sandwich and said "What can I say! I like to eat healthily" as I laughed and giggles out loud as I realised I was talking to a dog.

Then I froze. AGAIN! I just realised after all these years I have never laughed before my entire life. Ever!

Thinking about this makes me feel good, happy and excited. In a way, I feel brand new. I just found out something new about my self instead of being depressed.

I heard some barking in a distance but I remembered about the dog. Suddenly I was back to reality. I noticed the dog curiously watching me with its head tilted to the side.

Aww, and it was giving me the puppy eyes. But somehow I felt that this dog was not an ordinary dog. Behind those gorgeous eyes, it seemed like the dog had an old soul as the dog seemed to wise for its own good.

I remembered, dog owners normally give their gods tags with the dogs name, the owners name and the address of where to return the dog. So I looked to see if this dog had one but nothing was there.

"Well, since it looks like you don't have an owner. I was wondering, if I could be your new owner? What do you think?"

I stared at the dog wishing I could hear its thoughts. Suddenly the dog began to bark at me, while waggling its tale from side to side.

"So... I'm guessing that a yes then" while chuckling to the dog.

"Now what should your name be? It had to be something different... unusual; Nothing ordinary like Ben. Um let me think... H ow about! Oh! First of are you a boy or girl? Not being rude just making sure. Hehe. Ok, if you are a boy bark now!"

Dead Silence. Silence is good.

"Ok, if you are a girl bark now!"

Now bells of barking were going off.

"Ok ok ok! I got the message! Sheesh! Could you be more louder? "

The next thing I know, the dog was barking even louder that before. This is just my luck!

"OK considering you are a girl, how about..."
