tbh, it's my fault sometimes. most of the time i fall asleep pretty late, which is why i feel tired the rest of the day.
however, i've had moments where i sleep the appropriate hours and i put myself on a schedule throughout the week to see if that helps. it really doesn't help at all tho lol.
in fact, i believe i feel even more tired than before. it's crazy, like my brain just doesn't want to cooperate at all with me. maybe my mind is rebelling against me.
gosh, i really hope not.
