Chapter 18

Thank you to all my supporters, it been a rough year and I was busier than I expected. I tried updating whenever possible, but I just haven't had time to publish and edit. You guys are the reason why I keep updating this story although the chapters are quite short. Anyways, now those finals are almost over I could update more... Btw I made this back in winter sorry for the errors I am working on my writing skills. 

I woke up this morning, my head throbbing. I groaned and slowly made my way to the bathroom. I looked into the mirror and saw nothing. Literally, nothing. I mean I didn't know what I expected since after all, I am a vampire. I took an Advil and that seemed to ease the pain, as I made my way back, to get ready for school. I sighed as I picked a pair of jeans with a hoodie. Seeing as I wasn't in the mood to go to school after everything that happened yesterday. Then I remembered Janice's threat and sighed even deeper. I needed to talk to Ryder, that it hurt. But Janice's voice stuck in my head, and I didn't want to harm him. I dreadfully made my way downstairs, and walked out the door, without telling my mother goodbye, seeing she is probably shut in her room grieving over the loss of our aunt. As I walked tediously to school, I heard the footsteps of someone coming up behind me as well as feeling the eyes of someone staring at me. I stopped and turned quickly. There was no one. I sighed, I must be hearing things, considering I did not get enough sleep, I thought. Upon my arrival, I saw Monica talking to this guy. I approached her, knowing I'm probably interrupting something, but at that moment I didn't care. I walked up to them, ''Hey, Monica.'' I said. ''Hey Fa-'', before she can finish the guy with her spoke him. ''Hey, my name is Michael nice to meet you.'' He said in a happy and cheerful tone. ( Timothy Granaderos)
