It was from Jughead.

"I-uh need to go to the bathroom..." I ran to the bathroom and grabbed the paper out of my pocket.

It was jughead's phone number. I dialed it into my phone and called him.

"Hello?" he said in a voice that did not sound like him.

"Jughead? It's me, 'juliet'. The girl that you made out with this morning?" I whispered into the phone.

"Oh, right. You got my note..." Jughead said to me.

"I did. Jug, when did you put that in my coat?" I asked.

"When I kissed you. Listen to me, I need you to meet me somewhere," He said.

"When? Where? It's getting da-," Shit. i had been in the bathroom for 7 minutes. I heard a knock on the door.

I put the phone to my shoulder, "Veronica, I'll be right out!"

"Listen, Jug. text me the address and I'll be there in twenty."

I opened the door to see Ronnie staring at me.

"Well, I feel refreshed!" i said.

From Jughead:

Meet me on the Southside of Sweet Water River. We need to talk!

To Jughead:

Okay, but now?!

From jughead:

Yes!

"Sorry, V, but my mom wants me home! Text me your news, please!" I said running out the house, grabbing my coat.

*****

I arrived at Sweetwater River, waiting for Jughead. Then i saw him and swooned. god, he's beautiful.

"Jughead!" I yelled, he was looking for me. I waved, freezing cold. It was snowing. Of course, Jughead was wearing black pants and a t-shirt with an 'S' on it. He leaned against his motorcycle

"Hey, juliet," He smirked at me and hugged me. I shivered.

how come all of a sudden we were close?

"You cold?" He turned around, grabbed his coat, and gave it to me.

"thanks"

"Here" He handed me the helmet. "Just don't ask where we're going, okay?"

"I guess...."

We were going 80 miles per hour, once again. The wind made my face cold, so I buried it into him.

I can't let myself go this far with a person. I can't love him. I just can't. He's two years older than me....
