It's alright

Fp shot Betty in the back.

"Bet-Betty!!" I ran over to her and screamed. I took my phone out of my pocket and dialed 911.

Shit! My phone died. I reached for Betty's phone when she screamed in agony. 

"hey, hey it's gonna be okay!" I panicked. I sat back and dialed 911.

"911, what's your emergency?"

"My girlfriend! She's been shot!" I screamed.

"Okay, please provide an address," The woman on the other line said.

"uhhh I'm at the sunny side trailer park. I'll bring her to the entrance, please just hurry!" She said okay and hung up.

I picked Betty up and ran outside. I saw a couple ambulances and like five police cars.

They put Betty on the stretcher and the next thing I know I'm in the hospital waiting for Betty to get out. As for her mom, Alice thinks that Betty was walking through the woods and got shot, and that I happened to be there. 

The nurse walked out.

She pointed to me. "Mr. Jones? I need you and Betty to answer some questions. I followed her to Betty's room and saw a tiny smile appear on her face. 

"Hey, Juliet," I grabbed her hand and sat down next to her. 

"Where were you guys when this happened?" The nurse asked. betty and I looked at eachother.

"Depends. Will you tell Alice?" I asked.

"Oh, not if you want me to."

"Well, don't and-"

"I don't remember much of the incident, but I do remember that someone with a loud voice was let it. He yelled something about my brother chic..." She dragged off.

"Listen," i turned to the nurse, "My dad came knocking on my door. I opened it and he immediately ran in, yelling 'where is she'. He checked each room until he found her. He yelled some threats and then shot her back. I looked at her for a split second and he was gone. We're done talking," I said grabbing Betts' hand tighter.

"Mr. Jones! I will tell you when you are done here," She said with a tone.

"Listen, that is all I know, okay? I can't tell you more because I don't know more!" I stood up, releasing Betty's hand. 

"I'll come back." I kissed her forehead.

As i walked out, I had a grouchy look on my face. I told Alice that she can go in now and I sat down with my coffee and computer.

My mom walked in and gave me a sweet smile.

"Hey, mom."

"Sweetie, who is that boy? What is he to you?" She asked me.

"I told you! He just saw me in the woods." I could never tell her the truth! 

"Betty, I saw him kiss you. I can see the way he looks at you... Who is he?" My mom said to me, looking at me with a stern face.

"Mom.... he's my boyfriend. We did meet in the woods. Jughead and I just clicked."

"So you met a random boy in the woods and decided 'hey! lets have a random guy as a boyfriend'?" She mocked.

"Mom! It's not like that." I almost cried, to be honest.

"Well, I guess I will see you later, Elizabeth. I'm not happy," She got up and walked away.

J U G H E A D J O N E S

Alice came up to me and stood over me.

"Well, Jughead, I have to go. Take care of your girlfriend." She patted my shoulder and walked out the hospital doors. 

Why did she say my name like that? Wait, Alice Cooper... Why does that name sound so familiar to me? 

Holy shit.
