Chapter 3.

Today I take on The Bird Scene. According to Sikowitz, every student in Hollywood Arts is required to do The Bird Scene. I'm not nervous, I've acted in plays before and according to the director of my last school play, she said I was good so I'm sure I will nail this stupid Bird Scene.

"You ready to take on the bird scene?" Beck asked as he leaned against a locker.

"Ready would be an understatement." I said, confidently.

"Ahh, what great confidence. I like it." Beck smiled.

"Why are you talking to her?" Asked Jade, as she walked towards us.

Oh great! Just great!

"Because I want too." Beck replied.

"Well I don't want you to talk to her!" Jade said, making me roll my eyes.

"I'm gonna go. Anywhere but here." I said before walking away.

"No, wait!" Beck said, forcing me to stop walking.

"Can't I just go?" I asked. I really wasn't in the mood to get into yet another fight with Jade.

"No!" Beck said and Jade sighed.

"Just let her go!" Jade spat.

"No! You two need to work out your differences." Beck stated.

"We don't need to work out anything." I said.

"Yeah. I'm not here to make friends." Jade raised her eyebrow at Beck.

"You two..." Beck started but then just sighed in frustration. "Tori, hey Tori." Beck said when he spotted Tori walking into school.

"Hey. What's up?" Tori asked with a big smile on her face.

"Don't you think that these two should work out their differences and become friends?" Beck asked Tori.

"You want Jade to become friends with Bella? Jade, the same person who doesn't have any friends. Jade?" Tori asked with widened eyes.

Jade simply just smiled.

"As much as she hates to admit it, Jade does have a friend and that friend is Cat." Beck said and smiled at Jade.

"Cat is not my friend. She's basically my pet." Jade spat.

"My cousin is not your pet. From what I hear, you are her friend so I'm not surprised with Beck's statement because he's right. You hate to admit it but you know... you know for a fact that she is your friend. You go to her for everything." I said straight to Jade's face.

"Cat is an-" Jade started but was cut off by Beck.

"See this is what I mean." Beck said. "You two make me sick." He added.
