Lily walks through the streets as she watches her area, keeping guard. The streets are filled with a bunch of people, including irkens, elves, goblins, ghosts and other types of monsters you see in myths. The buildings are nice and clean with many restaurants; shops and much more are basically everywhere, thus an explanation of a large number of people in the city.
As she walking, she accidentally pushes a short female irken with red eyes wearing magenta armour, where she tripped and fell to the floor.
"Oh, my apology Miss."
"Yeah! You better be, human!" The irken yelled at her, "Now excuse me, Sel has some delivery to do!" Then the irken walked while muttering, "Stupid humans...I never understood why our Tallests forced us into working with those idiots!"
Lily shakes her head and continues her own business as she saw a large building with the golden SEG emblem as a sign and a digital clock belong the SEG symbol, showing nine-thirty am.
"Ah, and just in time," Lily sighs out of relief as she walks towards the right side of the gate and stopped, where a device on the same side opens up a green lens and scan her body. The scanning finishes up; making the gate opens up, which Lily enters through the gate and enters the building.
(Inside SEG HQ)
Inside the HQ is very large as the walls are black with blue lines, sliver floor and many employees with different uniforms to their own likings, but what they all have in common is the badges.
Lily went to the reception area, where a cat lady is sleeping. Annoyed, she covers her mouth to cough and then pokes her, waking her up.
"Huh?! Huh?! I'm not sleeping! I'm not sleeping! Nyeh!" The cat woman screams in fear, then notices Lily, "Oh, Lieutenant Angel, what do you need?"
"I'm here to give the report from yesterday patrol to Major Mothman," Lily told her.
"Okay nyeh!" The girl responded as she grabs the black telephone from her desk and starts calling, "Give me a moment...hello SEG hero, nyeh!...your subordinate is here to give a report from yesterday...you know the patrol from yesterday?...Okay...I'll tell her that, bye nyeh!" Then she puts it away once she finishes.
"Well?"
"He's in his office at the moment," The cat woman told her.
"Thank you, Miss Nye," Lily gives her gratitude before heading towards the stairs and went up.
Lily walks through the hallway and went up to a large maroon door, which she knocks three times, which a masculine and deep voice calls out, "You can come in!"
Lily opens the door and sees a nice office with red carpet, bluish-white floor and black walls, along with a desk, a window showing the city in full view and behind is an office chair.
"Umm...Major Mothman..." Lily spoke, and then the chair turned around, revealing a young handsome man in his early twenties, with brown eyes with round glasses, pale skin and scythe-like black hair. He wears a black trench coat with sleeves rolled up, revealing his slightly muscular arms, a dark blue turtle-neck with a grey face on it, his SEG badge on his left chest side, two brown belts, black trousers, dark blue boots and dark blue gloves.
"Yes Lieutenant Angel?" the man revealed to be Dib AKA Major Mothman asked.
"I have the report of yesterday patrol," Lily told him as she walks up to him while taking out a sheet of papers out of her purse and gives it to him.
"Mmm..." Dib accepted the sheets and starts analysing it, "You are dismissed, Lieutenant Angel, thank you for the report."
"You welcome Major Mothman," Lily responded as she was about to walk out of the room, the speaker calls out; "Lieutenant Angel, please come to the Imperatriz room, I repeat, Lieutenant Angel, please come to the Imperatriz room!"
"Wha...what would the Imperatriz want with me?" Lily asked for fear as she can feel her legs shaking a bit, and then Dib gets up from his desk with a concerned look on his face.
"Hey Lily, are you okay?" Dib asked with concern and causality. This snaps Lily into reality and shook her head.
"I am alright, Major Mothman," Lily responded, "I...I must go to see Imperatriz Pure, I'll be fine...Mr Ashworth."
Then Lily left the office and to her secret surprise, she sees a beautiful, tall and busty female elf with dark skin, soft green eyes and cyan blue hair tied up in a huge and very large ponytail. She wears a golden tiara, a dark green skin-tight suit with the sleeves not connected to the suit, black gloves and black boots.
"Oh, Lieutenant Neptune!" Lily said.
"Oh, hi Lily," Neptune greeted back, then she looks who's behind her and saw Dib, "Oh, hello honey."
"Oh-umm...hey Fiona..." Dib greeted back nervously, "I didn't expect you to come to my office."
"Then...should I leave?"
"Of course not!" Dib shouted, "Is that I didn't expect your visit, that's all."
"Oh, okay?" Fiona sighs of relief, "I hope I didn't interrupt anything."
"No, you're not Lieutenant Neptune," Lily ensures her, "I was about to leave to the Imperatriz room."
"Oh yeah, I heard the announcement," Fiona realised, "I hope you're not in trouble." She said with a glare at her.
"Relax, I did not do anything unlawful, so calm down Mrs Ashworth," Lily told her, "Besides, that hostile behaviour is unaccepted for a soldier to react in such a way to a ally, do you understand?"
"Oh, I'm really sorry," Fiona apologises to her, "I didn't realise I was being hostile."
"I understand your powerful loyalty to SEG," Lily understands, "But you must not show any emotions, especially when you're the future queen of the Gerasal Kingdom,"
"...I understand..." Fiona nodded as she looks at the ground while Lily left the room.
"I should hurry or else I'll be late." Lily thought as she is running through the hallway and went to the elevator.
A/N Now we meet up the princess of the story, Fiona, she will also be quite important, more important then Min-Jung, but less so than Lily. I hope you guys vote, comment and enjoy this chapter so far. Well, bye.
