Chapter Four

Abbie's POV

     When we got down to the pool, we were the only ones there.  We decided to play chicken fight. Jack and Jack were team of course and Taylor and I were a team.

    "You're goin down, Gilinsky!" Jack J. called to me.

    "Oh really?" I said back. "Because every other time I've played this game with you you end up in the water. Like this!" I exclaimed. I shoved him and since he wasn't expecting it, he went tumbling into the water.  

     "Nice going Abbs!" Taylor said, giving me a fist bump.

        I hopped off of his shoulers. "I'm going to the hot tub. Anyone want to join me?"

        They all said they'd go. We walked over and sat down in the hot water. 

        "So Abbie," Taylor said. "Tell me about yourself."

        "Well," I said. "There's not that much to tell. I mean obviously I'm Jack's sister. Jack J is like my brother, too. I play guitar and piano and I sing a little bit too."

        "Really?" Taylor asked.

        The Jacks both nodded. "She's amazing."  My brother said. "Sing something for him to hear."

        I rolled my eyes, but I gave in to the request. I started into my favorite song, Lego House, by Ed Sheeran.  "I'm gonna pick up the pieces,

and build a lego house

when things go wrong we can knock it down

My three words have two meanings,

there's one thing on my mind

It's all for you

And it's dark in a cold December, but I've got ya to keep me warm

and if you're broke I'll mend ya and keep you sheltered from the storm that's raging on

        I finished the verses I was singing, and jumped at the sound of applause coming from behind me. I whirled around to see the rest of the boys standing there. 

        "You're amazing!" Shawn exclaimed. "We have to do a cover for youtube together!" 

        I could feel my face getting warm. "Y-Yeah." I stammered. "That'd be great." My face was getting redder by the second.  Jack raised his eyebrows art me and my face got even redder! 

        Nash, sensing the akward situation asked if we wanted to eat. We all agreed and I went up to Nash. "Thanks, Nash." I whispered. 

        "No problem, babe." He smiled and then wiggled his eyebrows. "So, I se you've got a thing for Shawn, huh?" I smacked him in the arm. "Or nah." He muttered rubbing his arm. I laughed and we went to eat with the rest of the guys.
