-the following morning- 

i woke up in one of the worst moods ever. Not just because me and Zion are not speaking, because i woke up with my pillow soaking wet from either me crying so much or drewling all over it... anyway i have to face Zion today. Not excited at all. 

i eventually drag myself out of bed and grab my clothes im wearing for the day. ive chose to wear my clack high waisted jeans and a grey adidas top with my white shell toes. i go downstairs and find my mum sleeping on the sofa. i go get my blanket and place it over her as i know she needs to get a rest from these sleepless nights shes been having. i make myself a quick coffee and drink it. 

i look in the mirror and dont even bother to put makeup on. i straighten my hair and leave it down. 

"looks like im ready to have a fun day at school... wooo" i say to myself sarcasticly in the mirror.

i tip toe down the stairs trying not to wake my mum up and i go out the door and lock it behind me. i get into my car and i drive off. The song 'Young Dumb And Broke' plays and i just relate to this song so much. 

i get into the gates and find a car space. 

great the only space in the car park and the band seems to be standing next to it. i park up and i see Zion. this makes me miss him so much. he looks at me and i try and give him a little smile. he turns around and starts talking to Edwin. hes never done that before. 

i see Loren and she comes up to me and i just start to cry and cry. i tell her everything that happened last night. 

ZIONS POV

i see Maddisons car pull into the space next to us and i look over as she looks over. i turn around quickly before she can smile at me. she gets out her car and we make eye contact again this time she tries to give me a little sile but i just turn around and act like im talking to the boys. i feel so bad but i just cant let her get hurt. 

"you took our advise about not talking to her?" Nick asks. 

"ye, it hurts like fuck man" i say looking at my foot as i kick a stone. 

"we are here for you bro. just looks around theres loads of fit birds round here" Austin says as he smiles at a girl and she just gives him dirty looks. 

"maybe but there not Maddy" i sigh

Edwin pats me on the back and it goes quiet. 

"i think we should walk to our class" Brandon says to break the silence. 

i walk in and see Maddy with her head on the desk. she looks up and rolls her eyes and puts her head back down onto the desk. 

i sigh.

i go to my seat and sit down. this is awkward. 

Brandon looks at me and at Maddy and at me again. he shakes his head. 

the class dragged out. and i didnt speak or look at Maddy once and she did the same with me. we left eachother alone. i really miss her. sitting next to her doesnt help. 

-bell rings- 

i need to talk to her. 

i see her and i run up to her "Maddy"

oh god this is like the first time i asked her to get coffee with me.

she stopped, turned around, rolled her eyes and carried on walking "what do you want now? thought we wasnt allowed to speak." she says as she sighs.
