A/N: Heyo! Something you need to know about this chapter is that when we start talking about hair color, this (H/c) will pop up. I am trying to pull every detail of your beautiful features into the story. Anyways, enjoy this chapter.

The sun had been setting by the time you had gotten home. You grabbed your bag out of the front seat and began to close the door. Mark had caught your attention. You turned around to see a pair of thin lips puckered. You rolled your eyes and pecked him a goodbye kiss. He giggled girlishly and leaned back into his seat. You laugh to yourself at Mark's silliness.

You closed the door as quietly as possible and hurried up to the apartment door. As usual you struggled with the door handle a bit before you could go inside. Poe was sitting on the couch "watching" a movie with all the lights off when you walked in. You walked over the the dining room a flipped on the light switch to reveal Poe was looking directly at you.

"Where have you been?" Poe asked with a hint of annoyance in her tone.

"Stupid Professor Fischbach gave me detention. So I had to stay after school, and try to not die of boredom." You lied.

Poe stood up from the couch, and walked over to where you stood. All of a sudden, her serious face had disappeared. It was replaced with an excited and bright one. You were utterly confused what was happening at this point? She leaned in closer to your face.

"Evan is with Adam in the game room." She whispered.

You acted oblivious to why you would need to see Evan. To be honest, you just wanted to go to bed. You were still very tired from "detention'' with Mark. Poe rolled her eyes at your expression. She bought it. Thank God.

"Remember? He needed to talk to you?" Poe continued in a hushed voice.

"Ohh, right. What am I suppose to say?" You asked.

"Say yes of course! He really likes you." Poe practically yelled in a whisper.

"I don't know how I feel about him though." You explained.

"Well, no matter what you choose, just remember. I will always be your friend." Poe reassured.

With a sigh, you turned around to head for the game room. As you got closer you could hear a video game being played and someone speaking. Before you opened the door you looked back over to Poe. She waved her hand as if she were trying to pushed you into the door. You grasped the door handle a twisted it. As you stepped into the room, the two boys turned to face you.

"You still need to talk, Evan?" You smiled.

Evan nodded. Like you would do all the time, he closed the application and turned off the TV. He stood up from the couch and walked over to the door. Adam had followed making faint dog barks to tease Evan. Fed up, he pushed Adam out and into the dining room. Poe stood next to Adam as Evan leaned in close to your ear.

"Can we talk outside? On the balcony?"

"Sure. Why not?" You responded.

The two of you walked past the glass sliding door and onto the cement balcony. The slight fall breeze pushed past you. Sending your hair to whisk in the wind. Evan stared in awe at the sight of you. You couldn't help but blush. The both of you placed your arms down on the ledge and stared out into the city. The twinkling lights from the building had really put beauty into something that is so harmful.

"I'm just going to explain to you something that might seem insane." Evan started.

"Evan, I already know what you are going to do. Poe told me in History." You interrupted.
