When I arrived at school with Scott I started to become tense in my seat.
“It’s okay. I’m right here. No one is going to hurt you.” Scott said while holding my hand.
His words helped me relax a little bit.
“Come on let’s get to class.”
Today was good by Aaron tried to hit me then Scott came out of nowhere and stopped Aaron’s fist from coming in contact with my face. After that Aaron hasn’t bothered me for the rest of the day, which scared me.
“Let’s skip eighth period and go get some ice cream!” Grace suggested.
“I don’t know. I have a very important test tomorrow and I need eighth to do my homework.” I told her.
“Oh come on, Nat. It’s going to be fun.” Scott said smiling.
I didn’t want to go to eighth period but I need to study and do my homework.
“Okay fine. I’ll go.” I said giving in.
Grace and Scott smiled and screamed in unison, “Yes!”
As we were leaving I saw a shadow move in the corner of my eye. I didn’t really want to say anything because it might have been a cute little forest creature so I ignored it.
