I slightly yelped when my back hit the ground. The man at the door smirked and came over to me. I growled at him and narrowed my eyes behind my glasses. I stood up and snarled at him. His smirk fell and so did he. I smirked at him and limped my way out of the room. I looked down at my leg and saw my ankle was twisted. I winced and started limping towards the medic. I opened her door and she looked at me. She gasped and helped me sit on her bed. She wasn't a true medic, but I still went to her. She was the only one I trusted in this place. "How did you get this?" She asked and I winced as she put the wrap on my leg. "I got it from one of the guards. He threw me on the floor and it somehow twisted my ankle. I knocked him down and got away. Like normal, I came straight to you." I explained and she sighed. "You need to be more careful and stop picking fights with the guards." She glared at me and I sighed in defeat. "Fine, I'll start being more careful when the guards are smarter than to mess with me." I told her and she shook her head. "You need to stop using your powers just because you have them. You need to use them for good, not for defeating guards." She told me in a strict voice and I rolled my eyes. "Sorry, but it's not my fault that they keep attacking me!" I exclaimed and she glared at me. "Yes, it is." She said and I shut up. 'I guess it is my fault. I mean, I do tease them until they attack me.' I thought and I watched as she wrapped my ankle. She smiled and patted it after she finished. "Finished! No getting into fights today, alright?" She asked as she sat beside me. I nodded and hugged her. She hugged me back and I smiled. The hug stopped when I heard knocking on the door. "Crap. I think they found me." I said and she smiled. She went over and opened the door. Three guards were waiting and I stood up. I put on a straight face as two walked over and grabbed my arms. I smiled at my friend and then turned back to the third guard with a straight face. "The King requests your presence in the throne room." He said and walked out. The other two followed, dragging me along. I turned to look back at my friend, but a guard turned me back to look forwards. I looked at the ground and waited until we got to the throne room. A few minutes past and I was dragged into the throne room. They threw me on the ground and I felt pain go up my leg. I hid the pain and slowly stood up. I saw the prince and his parents up some stairs leading to the throne. I faced them with no emotion on my face and my sunglasses on. "Why did you knock out five guards?" The King asked me in a non-polite voice. "Because they attacked me. It was self-defense." I said in a monotone voice. The prince tilted his head and I could tell he was thinking about how I knocked them out. "What sorcerery did you use to knock them out?" The King asked and I smirked. "I didn't use sorcerery. I don't have magic or anything like that. I learned some things while I was loose." I told them and the prince stared at me. He came down the steps with his mother watching him closely. I watched him as he walked around me. He looked at my sunglasses and reached to take them off. I growled and slapped his hand away. His eyes widened and I saw his father clench his hands. His mother gasped, but the prince just stood there, staring at me. I was just a slave, maybe not normal but still just a slave and I was disobeying my prince, it took courage for someone to do that. The prince's eyes narrowed and he reached to take my sunglasses again. I growled and his hand went down to his side. He turned to face his parents and then nodded. The Queen gasped and the King nodded back to his son. "This one? Are you sure?" The Queen asked and the prince nodded. I narrowed my eyes and took a step back before realizing that the guards left the door open. I smirked and my eyes glowed a little. I smiled at the royal family before running towards the open door. Sadly, the door shut before I got there and I had to stop in front of a closed door. My eyes stopped glowing and my smile fell. I turned to find that they were staring at me and the prince was closer to me than I thought. The King and Queen left and I narrowed my eyes again. The prince walked closer to me and I backed up until my back was on the door. The prince smirked and stepped closer to me. I growled and he stepped closer to me. We were chest-to-chest at this point and I felt uncomfortable. His hand reached up and rested on my cheek. I tried pulling away from him, but his other hand trapped me right where I was. I turned my head but he made me look at him. He reached up and took my glasses off at which point, I closed my eyes. He brushed his hand down my cheek and it left shivers down my spine. I didn't open my eyes to look at him and I wasn't about to. I felt something press against my forehead, I'm guessing it was his forehead. I then felt something on my lips. I tried pulling away again, but he had me trapped and I didn't like it one bit. I finally gave in and let him kiss me. I felt his lips against mine again and this time, I didn't pull away or even try to. I could feel him smirking at the position we were currently in. He continued to kiss me and I felt his hand travel down to my waist. His other hand was still trapping me. At this point, I didn't care anymore. 'If he wants to act like the others, I'll do to him the same thing I did to the others.' I thought and I started kissing him back. I could feel his shock at me kissing him back and I liked it. I moved my arms to wrap around his neck. He pulled away and my arms went to my sides. The hand on my waist left and I felt it on my cheek. I shivered when it touched my cheek and I could still feel his shock at what I was doing. To him, I was giving in; to me, I was playing with him. I could feel his hand on my cheek and I felt a finger go near my eye. He brushed the finger near my eye, but it trailed back down to my cheek. His hand went to my chin and I smiled. I opened my eyes to look at him and I saw the shock in his brown eyes. My blue eyes were shocking to everyone because I was a slave with blue eyes when only royals were supposed to have blue eyes. He gasped when he saw my eyes and I smiled at him. He smiled back after the shock wore off. He leaned in again and my arms went around his neck. I pulled him to me and we kissed again. I wasn't thinking at this point and I was just doing what felt right. Suddenly, I felt sparks when he kissed me. He pulled away and I gasped. He gasped as well and I stared into his eyes. I knew this was a bad idea, but I did it anyway. I was starting to fall for the prince, my prince. My eyes were wide and my mouth was open a little. 'I'm falling for him! This isn't good!' I thought. I was so deep in thought that when he kissed me again, I was forced to come back to reality. He leaned his forehead on mine and I was panting. "Did you feel that or was it just me?" He asked and I smiled. "Do you mean the sparks?" I asked quietly and he gasped. "Yeah, the sparks." He said and I smiled again. "Yeah, I felt them." I whispered and he smiled. I looked into his eyes and I immediately got lost in them. His arms fell to his sides and I smiled. I looked around for my glasses when he put them on me. I turned back to him and smiled at him. He backed up enough so I had space and I was still smiling. "You never told me your name." He said and I shook my head. "My name is Ice. Yours?" He looked up at me. "My nickname is Sparklez. Everybody calls me that. My true name is Jordan." He said and I looked around the room. He went and sat on the steps again. "Why did you kiss me back?" He asked and I went over to him. "I don't know. I guess it felt right to do so." I said as I sat beside him. I was still playing him, but he didn't know it. "I'm sorry for trapping you there. It's a tradition that when the prince gets his first slave he has to break them first before anything. My father said to use that tactic." He told me and I nodded. An idea came into my mind after he said that and I started scooting closer to him. He looked up at me with a confused look and I just smiled at him. I was closer to him now and he looked down at the ground. I scooted closer to him until I was right beside him and our sides were touching. I laid my head on his shoulder and he froze. I raised my head a little and I looked at him. "Who said that I didn't like it?" I whispered in his ear. He unfroze and turned to look at me. I smiled at him and laid my head back on his shoulder. He wrapped his arm around my waist and I smiled. I turned to look at him and he looked at me. I wrapped my arms around his neck again and pulled him to me. Right before our lips touched, I smirked. "Never trust a slave who can take down five guards." I whispered to him and pushed him away from me. "You were playing me?" He asked and I nodded. I stood up and walked to the door. I grabbed the handle and tried opening the door. I turned around and came face to face with Jordan. "I didn't think this through." I whispered. His eyes had a bit of anger in them, but mostly a different emotion, one I knew too well. My eyes hardened and I tried escaping him. He had his hands on either side of my head and he stopped me from escaping. "Let me leave and I won't hurt any guards ever again." I whispered and he smirked. "You played me. How do I know you're telling the truth?" I smirked. "You don't. You don't know me well enough because we just met and you don't trust me." I said and he smirked. My smirk fell and his grew. I was feeling uncomfortable, one because I was trapped and two because the emotion was growing in his eyes. My eyes widened when I realized what he was going to do. My eyes started glowing and I pushed him back. He fell back a few steps and I pushed off the door. I walked over to the steps and started walking up them. He stood up and ran over to me. My eyes stopped glowing and I was near the throne when I felt a hand catch my wrist. I stopped and turned to him. I growled and he took the few steps up to me. I could see the emotion was still in his eyes from earlier and I narrowed my eyes. I pulled away from him and he sighed. "I can't explain what that was, but I'm sorry. It's true that we don't know each other enough to trust, but I felt sparks and so did you. That must mean something!" He said and I took the few steps up to the throne. I brushed my hand against it and instantly saw something in the corner of the room. I turned my head and saw something flash near it. I walked closer to it and Jordan tried stopping me. I growled at him and he backed up. I went closer and saw that it was a fellow slave. I knew her but not well enough to trust her. "Hey, it's ok. Are you a slave like me?" I asked her and she nodded. I held my hand out to her and she took it. I helped her up and smiled at her. "What all did you see?" Jordan asked from behind me. "A-a-all of it." She whispered and I froze a bit. "It's alright. What's your name?" I asked as I turned to glare at the prince. He shrugged and I turned back to her. "My name is K-k-kara." She stuttered and I smiled at her. "What does the prince want with you?" Kara asked and I shrugged. "I don't know what he wants from me, but I'll figure it out." I told her and she nodded. I walked her to the door and Jordan came over to us. He opened the door and we walked out. We walked Kara to her room and then went to Jordan's room. He opened the door and I walked in. I sat on the edge of his bed and he sat near me. "Can I try something?" He asked and I nodded. He came closer to me and I turned to look at him. He placed his hand on my cheek and slowly took off my glasses with the other hand. I blinked and he came closer to me. He leaned in and kissed me again. I felt sparks like last time and I closed my eyes. I wrapped my arms around his neck and his hands went to my waist. We pulled apart and I was panting. "Did you feel it?" He asked and I nodded. He smiled and leaned in again. This time, I pulled away from him before our lips touched. I stood up and went over to his window. I looked out at the forest and sighed. My family was there and so were my friends. I missed them so much. Jordan came over to me and saw me looking at the forest. "Do you want to go there?" He asked and I nodded. "Why?" I turned to him and slightly smiled. "My family and friends are in there. They're fighting for me and I'm fighting for them." I told him and he sat next to me. "How did you become a slave?" I sighed and turned back to the window. "I got captured by squids and they sold me into the slave trade. My friends and family know that I'll keep fighting for them and I know that they'll do the same. My father is a king and my mother is a queen. They used to live in their kingdom until they had me and everything changed." I whispered the last part. "How did everything change?" He asked and I turned to him. "I'm a legend or at least part of a legend. The legend says that once I'm born, everything will change and it did. Once people heard that I was one of the prophecy children, they wanted to kill me. I wasn't supposed to be born, but here I am and no one can stop me now." I said and he nodded. "What is the legend?" We turned to see the Queen at the door. I smiled at her and she smiled back. "The legend is very old, but it says that once the prophecy children are born, things will turn worse and things will turn better. Apparently, I'm the bad side of the legend because once I was born, things turned bad. At least, they did in my kingdom. It also says that once the two children are united everything will turn better. The children also have special talents and special powers." I whispered the last part, but sadly they heard me. "What special talents and special powers?" The Queen asked. "The bad one will have the powers of Herobrine with special talents of fighting for their loved ones. The good one will have powers to make everything better and make everyone have a smile on their face. Their special talents are also fighting for their loved ones." The Queen and her son shared a look and my eyes narrowed. "Does that mean you have Herobrine's powers?" Jordan asked and I nodded. "That's how I took out the guards and it was self-defense." I told them and I saw a few guards outside the door. I froze and Jordan suddenly froze with me. "Oh, one more thing about the children. If one of them feels threatened, the other will protect them. If one freezes, like I did, the other freezes as well. They have a bond like no other." I told them and Jordan nodded. "If one gets hurt, so will the other." Me and Jordan said in unison. I looked at him, bewildered. "It also says that once they meet, their bond and fighting will to protect each other gets stronger." I told her. "They will meet by chance." Jordan whispered and I gasped. "Are you the other child?" I asked him and the Queen nodded. "Met by chance and now here we are." Jordan said and I nodded. One of the guards glared at me and tried to come and get me. He pushed past the Queen and came straight towards me. I stood up and my eyes glowed. He stood there, sword out and glaring at me when Jordan stood up and went in between us. "You will not hurt her." He said to the guard and the guard tried pushing past him. Jordan walked to my side and I watched as the guard tried to hurt me. My eyes flashed and he went flying out of the room. I smirked and the Queen gasped. My eyes stopped glowing and I looked at Jordan. "That's why you have blue eyes." He murmered and I nodded. I thought back to the legend and realized something. I quickly sat down by the window and watched the forest for any sign of movement. "What are you doing?" Jordan asked as he sat beside me. "I just realized something and it may be important." I said as I watched. I saw a branch bow down like something was on it and that's when I saw a brown animal in what looked like a tux. I smiled and turned to face everyone. "I need to get to the forest before anything happens." I said as I stood up and started walking to the door. A guard pushed me back in the room and I growled at him. He got his sword out and so did his buddies. My eyes flashed again and the guards quickly moved out of my way. I walked to the front door of the caslte and I could tell Jordan was right behind me. He opened the doors and I ran out of the caslte. I started running towards the forest with Jordan and a bunch of guards chasing me. My eyes started glowing and I basically flew to the forest. I looked at the tree that I saw the animal in, but it didn't hold the furry animal anymore. I frowned as Jordan stopped beside me. "Did you feel it?" I asked and he nodded. "The feeling that something bad is about to happen." He said and I nodded. I watched the trees until one of them bowed again. I ran over to it and stared at the animal it was holding. "Jerome!" I yelled excitedly. He turned to me and jumped out of the tree. He ran over to me and we hugged. I breathed in his forest-like scent and smiled. He picked me up off the ground and I giggled. He set me down and I heard something else drop from a tree. I looked to see Mitch A.K.A my best friend since I was five. He ran to me and hugged me. I hugged him back and when we pulled apart, he smiled. "Your alive!" He exclaimed and I giggled. "Yeah, you guys know that I wouldn't die on you." I said and they laughed. "Yeah. Everyone knew you were going to come back, but what happened to you?" Jerome asked. "The squids who captured me, sold me into slavery. I still fought and then ended up working in the castle. I knocked out five guards a day to keep my powers in check and for self-defense. It's not my fault that their so easy to tease and then knock out." I said and they laughed again. Jordan came up behind me and put his head on top of mine. I rolled my eyes, but I ended up smiling. "Who's that?" Mitch asked and Jerome looked Jordan up and down. "This is the other child of the legend. He's the one I share a bond with. He's also the prince of this kingdom." I told them and Jerome nodded. Mitch stared at me. "The prince? How is he the prince? He doesn't have blue eyes, Ice." Mitch pointed out and I sighed. "Neither does his mother. Yes, he's the prince. The legend did say that we would both be royal." I said and Jerome nodded. "Truth!" He exclaimed and I laughed. Jordan came to stand beside me and I noticed an uncomfortable glint in Mitch's eyes. I smiled at him and Jerome noticed the glint. He nodded and waved goodbye to us. They left and I turned to Jordan. "Can we go visit my family?" I asked and he nodded. I smiled and grabbed his hand. We ran into the forest until I found the place where I knew they would be. I walked into the meadow and smiled at my family. My mother ran to me and my father followed. I hugged them and then turned to Jordan. My mom looked at him and smiled. My dad glared at him, but smiled at me. "Mom, Dad, I want you to meet Prince Jordan. He's the other child in the legend." I told them and my mom gasped. "He's of royal blood? Why doesn't he have blue eyes?" My father asked and I sighed. "His mother doesn't either and yes he's of royal blood." I explained. I felt an arm wrap around my waist and I smiled at Jordan. I turned back to my parents and my mother gasped and then ran off. I turned to my dad with a confused face and his eyes were wide. 'What? Oh, wait, yeah. My old boyfriend is going to kill me!' I thought. I suddenly felt a presence in my mind and I pushed it out. I heard someone gasp behind me and I turned to see Seto standing there with his mouth open. I smiled at him and he walked to stand near my dad. "Did you just push me out?" He asked and I nodded. He shook his head and smiled at me. "You're getting better if you can do that already. Good job!" He said and I laughed a bit. "Yeah, I'm getting better at it." I said and turned back to Jordan. He smiled at me and then I guess he started thinking hard about something. I felt a different presence in my head, not Seto's, not anyone I've felt before and not someone I'm bonded to. I tried pushing it out but it was too strong for me to win. Seto watched my face and his eyes filled with worry. I felt his presence in my head, trying to push out the other presence. Suddenly, I felt a pain in my head and I yelped. I fell to the ground and held my head in my hands. 'Seto! Can you tell who it is?' I thought to him. 'No, I don't know who it is!' He thought back and I silently screamed. It felt like my brain was being torn apart. I heard a voice in my head before the pain stopped, 'So, this is the child that has my powers in her. Congratulations for getting the curse!' It said and then the pain stopped and the only presence in my head was Seto. 'Are you ok?' He thought as he ran over to me. I nodded and smiled gently at him. I was still on the ground and Jordan was right next to me. I turned to him and smiled. Jordan smiled at me and I heard footsteps coming near us. I slowly stood up with Jordan and Seto helping me. I looked up to see my old boyfriend and my mother running towards me. I smiled at them and Seto sent a thought to me. 'You may want to tell Jordan who he is. It could get very bad if you don't.' I turned to him and nodded. Then, I turned to Jordan and told him that it was my old boyfriend. He nodded and I turned back to the two who were running to me. Seto was keeping me standing and so was Jordan as my boyfriend stopped in front of me. "Ice, I missed you so much." He whispered as he hugged me. I hugged him back mostly because he was my best friend and he thought we were still dating. He pulled away and kissed my forehead. I turned to Jordan and he nodded at me. Without his permission, I linked my mind to Jordan's and his thoughts slowly came into my mind. He turned to me and gave me a confused look. I just smiled at him and turned back to my boyfriend. "Alex, I found the other child in the legend." I told him and his eyes brightened and then dimmed a bit. "Who is it?" He asked and I glanced at Jordan. "This is Prince Jordan. He's the good side of the legend." I told him and he nodded. "Well, if your bonded with Ice, you must be a nice person. Wait, the legend says that when the two meet they will link to each others minds. Did you do that already?" He asked and I nodded. "What does this mean for our relationship, though?" Alex asked and I sighed. "Well, the legend says that the two will fall in love and later get married or something. Long story short, I'm breaking up with you." I said and my voice cracked at the end. Seto comforted me on my left side and Jordan wrapped his arm around me in comfort. I smiled at them as Alex ran off. My mother smiled and her eyes glowed with glee. I smiled at her and she laughed at the fact that I just broke up with someone. My father sighed and gave a budder bar to my mother. "You bet on this?" I asked with a smile. My mother nodded and took the budder bar. I laughed at my parents bets. I turned to Jordan and sent a thought to him. 'Do you like the mind link?' I asked him and his eyes widened. 'What was that?' He thought and I giggled. 'That was me sending you a thought.' I sent to him and he smiled at me. 'Well, I like the link that we now have. Maybe you can teach me a few things using this.' I laughed at his suggestion, but thought back to him. 'Maybe, or I could have Seto teach you and me.' I turned to Seto and he nodded, listening to our conversation. I smiled at him and I got a group hug from the two boys next to me. "Aw, I love you guys!" I said and hugged them back. 'This day can't get any better!' I thought to them and they smiled at me. 'Exactly!' and 'Yup, it can't.' were their responses. I had never been so wrong before in my life!

I will make a second part to this later, but not right now. If you're reading this after May 21st 2014, in that summer, I will not be on at all because my school took my IPad, technically theirs, and I have no other place to get on. I will be back on after the summer ends and school starts back up. I'll actually be on more than ever because I'm getting a surface tablet and there is no restrictions on them. Anyways, love you all, take care. ~Ice
