Chapter 1: The Beginning (2013)

          So do you ever just have those days where you want to sit around all day and watch the notebook? If not then you haven't ever been single for a while. I know what you're probably thinking, "OMG the HARRY STYLES is actually single". If it does surprise you then you have been way too into the headlines. If not then you must be a true fan of mine, and I appreciate you for that.
             You would think that being single is amazing but it honestly gives you so much hell in media's eyes. You hang out by yourself and you're known as loser, you hang out with a female and you're known as a womanizer. To be honest I would actually prefer the loser option because a womanizer is someone who takes advantages of girls and you know I'm not really here for that. I don't think my mother Anne would approve of that either.
               Besides all the stuff in the media, I am having a pretty awesome life. I am in the most talked about band of right now. We are currently starting on our 3rd studio album. We don't really have an idea on what to call it but all I know is that it's gonna be totally rad. Yikes maybe this is the reason why I'm single. I think the best thing about being in this band is that we do what love to and have fun doing it. I really appreciate all the boys and I genuinely mean it. These boys are like the brothers that I never had. We have been through so much together and this bond that we have with each will never leave. I honestly am thankful for Simon for putting us together because without him I would've never met my 4 best friends. We are currently enjoying life and we wouldn't change a thing about it.
                
           And I don't even think that any of us are thinking of leaving.
  
              It's about 7:30 pm and I'm already pretty tired. Another reason why I'm always single. I'm a pretty average person. A lot of people think that "average is boring" but whatever I kind of like it. So as I'm lounging on my couch in my apartment in New York City I get a call from one of my best friends. I get a text from Niall saying in all caps saying "COME OUTSIDE ". I already knew what this text meant. Niall was either ready to write or bored. I'm pretty sure it was the first option so I just went straight to my closet put on the first black jeans I saw and a flannel. So as I walked out my door I saw not just Niall but Zayn, Liam, and Louis just standing there and then Niall finally makes eye contact with me.
         
           He quickly says "ready to make the best album ever?" His confidence is what I admired most about him. I quickly responded, "Hell yeah buddy". All 4 of us walked into Liam's BMW, we would let Louis drive since he's the oldest but ......  we kinda want to have a safe trip to wherever we go. "Liam where are we actually going?" I questioned him. "To go make some memories mate and some awesome ones". I still didn't know what that meant but I hope that whatever we are doing is rad. I'm just glad I have someone like Liam to protect us at all cost.
