Transformers x reader (FINISHED)

My Present (Optimus x reader) Bayverse! Request

The mail consisted of the usual: bills, advertisements, appointment reminders and stuff like that. Since it was the Christmas season, Christmas cards are being sent as well as invitations to parties. 

I was currently sitting next to Optimus in base looking through the mail. After throwing yet another bill aside, a Christmas envelope catches my eye that was under the bill. 

I open the bright red envelope to reveal a very bright and decorated invitation. My friend Lucy was hosting a Christmas party on Christmas Eve, tomorrow night.

 I quickly pull out my phone and text her that I will be able to make it.

"I got ur invitation, see u tomorrow night😉."
"Great! See u there bae! 😘."

I soon recall that Lucy has A LOT of friends, none of which I knew. Getting a great idea, I look up at Optimus and wave to get his attention. 

He lowers his gaze down to me and places his servo out. I climb on and he brings me up to his faceplate.

"Is the paper datapads going well?" He asks with a smile.

 I laugh at his name for the mail and nod.

"Yea, I actually got an invitation to a party tomorrow night."

He nods and smiles.

"No wonder, you are a joy to be with."

I blush and laugh.

"T-thanks Optimus. And I was wondering if you would like to come with..."

He nods approvingly.

"I would love to (Y/n)."

I smile and give him a peck on his faceplate. 

~Time skippy~

I finish putting on my makeup, dress, and hair as I look at myself in the mirror. I look like good, but not to good. Don't want to bring home any unexpected guests...

Putting on my heels and grabbing my bag, I walk out to the main room of base. As I am walking down the stairs to the main floor, the red and blue flame semi catches my eye.

 I see Optimus parked in the middle of the room, and his holoform waiting next to it. He is wearing a navy dress shirt and dark blue jeans. I walk up with a smile.

"You look amazing." I comment with a light blush.

 He chuckles and shakes his head

"I feel underdressed compared to your showstopper."

He takes my hand and helps me into his cabin. We drive out of base and to Lucy's apartment. 

~At the party~

Knocking on the door reveals Lucy in a green dress covered in glitter. 

"Oh (Y/n)! You look amazing!" I laugh and hug her.

"So do you!" She laughs and hugs back. 

When we pull away, she sees Optimus at my side.

"Oh! Hi, I'm Lucy."  She holds out her hand and Optimus shakes it. 

"I am Orion." He introduces himself with a small smile.

"That's a unique name, I love it!" Lucy comments, obviously very energetic from the party. 

She invites us in and is swept away by her other friends. Optimus and I head over to stand by the window where it was least crowded.

"Thank you for inviting me once again (Y/n), this is very enjoying."

I smile and shake my head.

"Of course, I wanted to spend some time with you seeing that your always busy."

He wraps his arm slowly around my shoulders and gives a squeeze. He looks down at me with smile. I look up at him and smile. 

I place my arm around his waist and lean my head against his shoulder.

 Suddenly, I feel a hand grab mine and pull me out of Optimus's grasp and into theirs. 

I look up to the intruder only to find my ex... Brandon. He smirks down at me, having a strong grip on the wrists.

"Hey babe~" He purrs.

 I struggle against him when a hand pulls me away and against a broad chest, holding me close protectively.

I grip Optimus's shirt and cling to him. His gaze is on Brandon a few feet away...

"Whoa look at you tough guy, taking my girl. Bold move. Now give her back, she's mine." Brandon growls. 

Optimus holds me tighter.

"What are you? Her fiancé or something?" Brandon remarks when Optimus doesn't respond.

"Yes, I am her fiancé actually."

Brandon's eyes go wide with surprise, his mouth agape. Optimus has a slight smirk as I look up at him with equal surprise as Brandon. 

"I don't know why you would even want her, she's a little bitch." Brandon snarls.

"I suggest you leave." Optimus says sternly. 

Brandon looks like he is about to argue but when Optimus takes a step forward, he quickly scrambles away. 

I look back up to Optimus with tears silently falling down my face.

"Shhhh, it's alright." He whispers. 

He then gently wipes the tears away with his thumb. Leaning down to my lips, his hover over mine before he takes them in a soft, gentle kiss.

 I kiss back immediately with equal force. We slowly pull away and look into each other's eyes. He has a gentle smile, hands cupping the sides of my face.

"Maybe soon I'll have the title..." He whispers. 

I realize that he means fiancé and I blush madly.

We decide that we should just go back to base after the incident. I say my goodbye to Lucy and we get in Optimus's alt mode. 

I look over at Optimus, who kept in his holoform so I wouldn't feel alone. The street lights illuminate his stunning features. I move over next to him and snuggle into his side.

 He lightly kisses the top of my head and wraps an arm around my shoulders, holding me close. We watch the street signs pass by as we sit in a comfortable silence. 

I felt at peace with myself and my surroundings, with Optimus. My Optimus.

I feel that I had to do a holiday one-shot or else it wouldn't feel like the holidays.

Comment which Optimus you like better: First 3 movies or 4 & 5 version? I personally like the 4 & 5 better because he seems stronger, buffer, and sexier ;)
