he never cried so before,
staring at emptiness,
a white wall,
though in his mind
thoughts of all troubled him,
her body pressed against his back,
city lights illuminated his face,
furrowed brows and lips pressed,
she yearned to kiss the frown away,
she was so close yet so far,
tears stained white sheets,
the sweet turned so bitter,
her whispers disappeared in the air,
"i'll stay with you from this
day on,"
he let out a sigh,
his leaving only opened wounds,
staring at the white,
her mind went blank,
she couldn't heal his hurt,
now who would heal her hurt?
