Your POV
I got ready as soon as I got home. I'm excited because I'm going to the movies with Nathan. He recently asked me to go watch Happy Death Day with him for Halloween and I casually said yes but deep inside I was screaming.
I got my makeup done, my hair, my dress, my everything.
The movie starts at 6 so I only have 3 more hours.
While waiting, I daydreamed for a little while then it was 6. How fast.
I drove to the movies and see Nathan, he looks at me and I wave at him. But he just looked at me and ignored my wave then walked away. Oh wow thanks.
I go inside the front desk waiting in line to get my ticket. As I got my ticket, I bought popcorn and a drink. I waited for Nathan but when I saw him, he was with girls and other guys. He went inside with them and left me all alone.
Wow, just got ditched for friends. How amazing. He asked me to go watch it with him and just ditches me for his friends? Wow, thanks Nathan, thanks a lot.
I sighed in disappointment and called Gerard.
Gerard: hello?
Me: Gee?
Gerard: (Y/N)? What's wrong? Why is your voice really soft? You're sad aren't you? How come?
Me: yeah, I am. Remember Nathan? He asked me to go the movies with him and when I got here, he ditched me for his friends. Instead of watching the movie with me, he's watching it with friends. Now I don't know what to do.
Gerard: really? That asshole, wait till I see that fucker. (Y/N), stay where you are, wait for me alright? I'll go watch it with you. Just wait for me alright?
Me: you'll watch it with me? Actually?
Gerard: yes. So just wait for me, I'm coming.
Me: okay Gee, thank you so much.
Gerard: you're welcome.
Then the phone call ends.
A few minutes later, I see Gerard wearing a leather jacket and wearing eyeliner. Wow typical Gee.
"Hey!" Gerard said.
"Hii," I said while waving and smiling at him.
"Thank you for waiting for me." Gerard said as he payed the front desk.
"No, thank you for coming to me and watching it with me." I said as I hugged Gerard real tight. He's such an amazing person.
He bought food and we both went in to see the movie.
When the movie ended, we all made our way through the exit.
Then, I saw Nathan come out with his friends and other girls.
I nudged Gerard, "Gee, that's Nathan." I said as I pointed to the direction Nathan is.
"I see." Gerard said and starts to walk up to Nathan.
What is he doing?
"Hey, are you Nathan?" asked Gerard as he put a hand on Nathan's shoulder.
Nathan nodded and Gerard nodded, then all of a sudden, Gerard punched Nathan on the nose.
Nathan fell to the floor holding his nose.
"What the fuck are you doing man?! Who the fuck are you?" Nathan yelled.
"The next time you ditch (Y/N), this won't be the only thing you will get. You know what? You should stay away from (Y/N) and never talk to her ever again or else you're dead, understand?" Gerard said madly to Nathan while staring into Nathan's eyes deeply. Nathan nodded and ran out the exit.
Gerard walked up to me and I hugged him.
"Thank you," I said smiling.
"You're welcome," Gerard said smiling back.
