Chapter 7- Vigor Thoughts

Galit na pinagsusuntok ni Kathryn ang punching bag sakaniyang harap. She can't help but pour all of her frustration at the bag.

"Bad day?" Narinig niyang tanong ni Hubert sakanyang tabi pero binalewala niya ito.

The event that happened a couple of days ago was still bugging her mind. Ang dami niyang gustong gawin but she does not know where to start. 

The person who took all her files from Daniel's office has all the evidences that will lead to her. Daniel is finding the vigilante in their town and she does not know where all of his rage came from and why were they looking for her. Then the postponed trip she was supposed to have but then cancelled dahil sa sugat na natamo niya nong pinatid ni Daniel ang paso at nahulog ito sa balikat niya.

The pain was still there but not that painful anymore.

"Hey, Andromeda. Okay ka lang?" She threw her last punch before holding the bag. 

Taas baba ang dibdib nito habang hinahabol ang hininga niya. Alam niyang nag-aalala na si Hubert sakaniya dahil halos isang oras na siya sumusuntok sa punching bag at wala nang ibang naririnig sa lugar kundi ang mga daing at suntok niya.

She sigh as she tried to control her anger.

Control, Kath. Andromeda's not cold and ruthless. She's sweet and kind kaya dapat kang mag-ingat. Isip ni Kathryn sa utak niya.

She looked at Hubert na puno ng pag-aalala sa mga mata. "I'm sorry, rough day."

Tumango ito at tinanggap ang naging rason niya. Unlike any other day, Hubert did not ask her out this time and she was thankful. Natakot siguro ito sa inasta niya kaya pinabayaan muna siya ngayon.

She excused herself to go to the locker rooms.

Pagod siyang umupo sa bench don at tinignan ang bukas niyang gym bag. Umilaw ang phone niya at nakitang tumatawag ang daddy niya. She just looked at it until the call ended. 

Ayaw niya munang sagutin ito dahil baka magtaka ang ama niya kung nasaan siya. The locker room is quite noisy at may mga umaagos na tubig din.

Tumayo na siya at naghanda na para sa lalakarin niya sa araw na iyon. She's supposed to be Kelly for brunch but them cancelled and moved it to early dinner kasi may gagawin pa daw ito.

She wrapped a towel around her body as she enter the sauna.

Pinagbuksan siya ng pinto at sinalubungan ng ngiti at pagbati nong pumasok siya sa club. She looked around and surveyed the people.

No, this was not an ordinary club. This club is exclusive for elites in their town. Nagsilbi itong tambayan ng mga mayayamang tao kapag wal silang magagawa. It's a very strict place and it requires a membership when entering.

Nakita ni Kathryn ang pagkaway ni Kelly hindi kalayuan sakaniya. She's with some people who she secretly despise. She sigh and walked towards them.

"Hey, you!" Masiglang bati ni Kelly sakaniya. Bineso siya nito at ganon din ang ginawa ng ibang ka table nila.

She gave them her practiced sweet smile as she sat beside Kelly.

"Wow, I can't believe I'm sharing a table with THE Kathryn Vanderpilt," Nakangiting sabi ng babaeng kulot ang buhok.
