-Nico de Angelo's POV-

"Kim, wake up! Wake up!! I want breakfast!!!" I screamed. I had just woken up from sleeping and was now very hungry. I had already changed into my favorite black hoodie with my black jeans. I loved black; Must've been a Hades thing.

She sat up groggily. She seemed really tired, but managed to smile at me. "Morning, Nico. Alright, let me get ready."

I smiled. "You look fine though." It was true. Unlike Bianca, she didn't have bed hair; it was perfectly silky and looked really soft. Her skin looked smooth and healthy. She looked like she had makeup on, even though I knew full well that she didn't. What the-? Why was I thinking this?

She shrugged. "Let me at least wash my face and brush my teeth."

"Okay."

....

Breakfast was awesome. I had a tower of five fluffy pancakes. The first one was original. The second was strawberry. Then chocolate. Then cookies and cream. Then, lastly, banana. Pancake heaven! On top of the tower, there was vanilla ice cream with whipped cream and hot fudge and caramel. Unlike me, Kim had a healthier breakfast. She had a strawberry and banana smoothie with scrambled eggs, hash browns, and two normal waffles. She even used sugar-free syrup!

After we were full, we decided to watch a movie. Not in the public movie theater, but in our hotel room. In our personal movie theater, there were no seats. Instead, there was a swimming pool and a hot tub. In them were lights and seats around the circumference. I chose the movie and Kim chose to be in the hot tub.

Before I knew it, Kim had fallen asleep because of her food coma and the warmth from the hot tub. I figured she must've gotten no sleep during the night we slept in the woods, so I let her sleep. Soon, the movie finished. I, who was sitting on Kim's lap, tried to get off her without waking her up. No success in that. She opened her eyes instantly. "Oh, sorry, Nico. It's not that the movie was boring! I just-." I smiled. "It's ok, Kim. You must be really tired. Why don't you sleep on the bed instead of here?"

She grinned. "Thanks, Nico." And off she went. Right when she closed the door, I felt so lonely. But I remembered what she had said earlier...She said my name. It was rather odd because she was older than me by four years and couldn't imagine. However, there was something that made me want to hold onto her. I had just lost my sister because of my crush. I needed someone like KIm.

-Kim Smith's POV-

I felt terrible to leave Nico, but I was so tired from my hangover. Obviously, I had to hide it, but zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

-Nico's de Angelo's POV-

She slept for the whole day. A whole day! I was so lonely, but I didn't want to wake her up. I decided to leave our room after I got bored of the TV and movie theater and swimming. I went to the casino. I wanted to do something to get my mind off of Kim. She needed rest and she could take her time.

I saw a house that read "The REAL Labyrinth!!! For all ages!!!!". I smiled. I knew about that maze because of Mythomagic and was excited to enter it. I walked inside. Darkness engulfed me and I couldn't see anything. I turned around looking for my entrance:It had disappeared. I was alone and had to keep going to leave. It was just a game, I reminded myself.

I trudged on deeper into the darkness. This wasn't just normal darkness. Every step became heavier and heavier. It was like the darkness had weight and it would grab onto me, to prevent me from moving. I felt myself get older, at least by a year. I felt my chest broaden and get taller. I felt braver. I could leave the Labyrinth and go to Kim just in time for her waking.

Finally, a crack of light was spotted. The weight and the burden of the darkness lessened every step. I was overjoyed. I had finally reached the end! But I found myself in a graveyard. The light was a full moon. I looked around and read all the names. Why, these were names of ancient Greek royalties!! The last one was King Minos, the guy with the golden touch. I wondered if I could meet him; perhaps using my father's powers I could.

I put my hand on the tomb. I felt my insides boiling and I felt ever so faint. "You summoned me, sir?" I looked up. A ghost like-figure was looking at me with a warm smile. I smiled back. "Yes, King Minos. Please guide me out of the Labyrinth. It's just a game, right?"

He laughed a shrill laugh. "Di immortals! Where you came from was the real Labyrinth." My smile disappeared. So, I was trapped here? FOR EVER!? My fear must've showed because the king chuckled softly and encouraged me. "Don't worry, my boy. Stick with me and I'll guide you home. I'll do anything to help you, sir."

I smiled in relief. "Alright. While you get me home, is it possible to bring the dead back to life?"
