You sit around, waiting for your boyfriend of three years to pick you up from your room in Stark Tower. He told you to stay in there until he fot you. You're dressed in a (color) dress, nothing too fancy, but something you know he would like. You sit there, thinking about how the two of you met.

Flashback:

You were standing in an elevator, just waiting to go to your floor, when a man stepped in. He looked down, not letting his face be seen. You stood in silence and noticed he didn't press a button. 'He must be on the other half of the floor I'm on,' you thought to yourself.

The elevator door opened and he motioned for you to step out first. You mumbled a thank you. Living in New York, not to many people were courtious anymore, most taking advantage of your courtesy. He mumbled something so you turned around. You gasped when you sae his face.

"A-are you Loki? Brother of Thor?" You asked, secretly excited.

"Thor is not my brother, but yes, I am Loki," He replied.

"Face it, Thor is your brother!" You replied, letting your fangirl-side take control.

"What, do you want me to take you to meet him or something?" Loki sneered.

"No, actually I'm really excited to meet you!" Yoy replied, a blush running to your face.

"Why?" He asked, taken aback.

"Well, who wouldn't want to meet you? Are you here to help Thor? In my opinion he needs some help and you DEFINITELY could help him!" You smiled, motioning to the briefcase he was holding in one hand. There seemed to be a light glowing from inside. You also noticed the spear-staff he held, which was also illuminating blue.

"I'm a monster, who would want to meet me? I was cast-"

You interrupted him. "Yeah, yeah, yeah. Frost giant, son of Laufey and all that. But, you don't seem that bad to me. I mean, I haven't run away yet. No screaming, except internally because I am totally fangirling and the anxiety inside is begging me to stop talking," You rambled, causing him to chuckle.

"So, you aren't scared of me? Even though I'm a monster?"

"Loki, you obviously are no monster. You may have been born a Jotun, but that doesn't make you one. You grew up protecting your family from them. In my eyes you are just as much Asgardian and Odinson as Thor is."

You watched as he set down the briefcase, pondering your words. "So you don't think I'm a monster?"

"Loki, what kind of monster has the courtesy to let someone out of the elevator before them?" You laughed and he joined in.

"Well, miss, I thank you for this conversation. If you must know what I'm doing in New York, I am here to help Thor while he's away. Can you watch this for me?" He asked, motioning towards the briefcase while pulling out some sort of phone. You nodded, and smiled as he walked away.

He came back after a few minutes and picked his briefcase up. "May I join you into your house?"

You blushed, causing him to chuckle. "O-of course!" You said, smiling.

Once you stood through the agonizing process of unlocking your door, you invited him in and headed to the kitchen. He set the case and (finally) the staff down. "I like your house?" He smiled.

"T-thanks. Would you like something to drink?"

"Tea please," He said. You make you both a cup of tea before joining him at the table. "Now, I've been rude. You know my name, may I ask yours?"
