"Holy shit, you got like two million hits on YouTube and my Instagram is going wild, I'm talking about almost four hundred thousand views." Noelle jumps on my bed, her eyes on her phone as I loudly sigh, plopping myself down next to her.

"Noelle, this is bad, okay? Like, I hate being noticed, and now the entire internet, our entire school has seen the video, I'm going to get bullied." Noelle slightly rolls her eyes. She has always been the famous one in our friendship group, I mean, she's a total extrovert, she's a cheerleader, she's part of the popular kids at our school, whereas I choose rather to go unnoticed. I guess you could say that Noelle is Batman and I'm Robin.
So she wouldn't understand how I'm feeling.

"Lighten up Maddie, this is huge!" She waves her hands wildly, a grin edging on her face.

Soon, we're interrupted by a knock on my door, the door flying open to reveal Ron and Jake standing in the doorway.

"Oh my god! It's the Madilyn Smith, can I get your autograph?" Ron teases, taking a seat on my desk chair as he laughs his ass off at his own joke, Jake punching him playfully, joining in on his laughter.

"Very funny." I mumble, my voice silent, causing both of the boys to stop with their teasing.

"Hey, what's wrong? You're kind of famous now." Jake frowns, not understanding why I'm being such a downer.

"Jake,because I hate to be noticed. You guys know how shy I am and now the whole world has seen me." Ron rolls his eyes, "stop being so emo."

Before I can retort him though, my phone beeps from next to me, signaling a new Instagram notification.

I am cautious to open it, but when I do it is like my entire world has stopped, like for a second the world stopped spinning. My eyes are glued to the notification,
