We stopped at a grocery store for a little while to stretch and go to the restroom. While the others were in the bathroom, Val and I bought a few gatorades and some snacks. We went to check out when Val bumped my arm. "Ashley look". I looked at the cash register Val was pointing at, it was a missing poster of the four of us. I stared at it in shock and my heart stopped. "I thought they didn't send out a message or anything until 24 hours?" I said in a yelling whisper. "One of our guardians must have woken up a little early and called our parents to see if we were there too." I still stared at the poster, "we've gotta get out of here before someone notices us." We grabbed our bags and the other two and started to walk toward the door, "wait a sec. You kids come here a sec", 'crap. He's gonna find out. Game over man, we have to run.' The cashier guy asked us to come talk to him, we all turned around slowly until, "RUN!" Jason yelled and next thing we know we're all running from the cashier. We made our way to another bus stop and got on. The doors closed and we watched as we drove away from the tired cashier. 'That was a close one'.
