We set our stuff down and headed out for dinner. We stayed alarmed for the guys in suits and the cashier. We have to be more careful, who knows where they're at right now. We finished eating dinner and walked next door to a store. We bought some supplies and snacks for the road, we planned on heading out after we ate breakfast tomorrow morning. 'No sign of those guys yet. But it feels like they're close. I've gotta keep an eye out for them.' We went back to the hotel and got dressed for bed. Val turned on the t.v. The first thing we saw was the local news, with our pictures as their top story. "Missing. Ashley and Riley Hillers, Valerie DeVos and Jason Gerhow. Three teens and one eleven year old girl. Last seen two days ago, in Las Vegas Nevada. We have a witness who has claimed to have encountered the kids this morning and the other night at a restaurant in Saint George." The camera switched to the witness, "Cashier Guy", everyone said in harmony. "Sir, can you please explain what happened when you saw the kids the other day?" The camera turned to him and everyone grinned as he began to talk. "Well, I was at work. When these kids walked in and started buying some food. I said to myself 'hey, they very familiar', and that's when I realized they were the kids on the missing poster hung on the front of my register. I tried to talk to them but they just ran away. They were probably scared." 'Psh. Yah we got scared because of your hideous appearance and voice'. "I followed them into town and saw them eating at a restaurant. I tried to reason with them and ask them to come with me so I could take them home, but the waitress made me leave." I glared at him on the t.v. 'he's seriously lying in front of the world, and I thought Jackson was a douche'. Eventually the interview ended and we turned off the t.v. "I can't believe he just said all that stuff to the whole world! On live television!" Jason yelled. 'Well he's happy about this'. "Let's all just go to sleep and worry about it another time. We're halfway done with this journey then we can go home and go back to our normal lives." I told everyone as calming as I could. Everyone agreed and we turned out the lights. 'Tomorrow, we end this'.
