That you don't need a rooster for hens to lay eggs. it just means you won't get any fertilized eggs.
Chickens are not like penguins. They can fly, although most(excluding bantams and light breeds such as leghorns) cannot get very high off the ground. Chickens can, however, glide pretty long distances.(sorry trying not to turn this Into a lecture XD)
Chickens are very intelligent.
NOT ALL CHICKENS ARE WHITE OR BROWN, AND NOT ALL BABY CHICKS ARE YELLOW. EGGS CAN BE A LOT OF VOLORS, NOT JUST WHITE AND BROWN!!!!!!
^this one is probably the most annoying.
MALES AND FEMALE CHICKENS ARE NOT JUST CALLED ROOSTERS.. ONLY MALES OVER THE AGE OF ONE ARE CONSIDERED ROOSTERS, FEMALES ARE CALLED HENS!
Chickens have long lifespans!!!
Chickens don't eat JUST chicken feed... They enjoy eating plants and bugs and frogs too!
