It's about 20 minutes into the flight. You look down and you see desert and mountains. Flying over the United States isn't all that eventful. California, Nevada, Utah, they all look the same. But it's still fun to look outside the window. The flight attendant offers you a cup of coffee, and of course, you say yes. You set the screen in front of you to show the progress and weather. You're finally all settled in.
