Blackpink 5th Member- Kiko

I had just finished training at 1am in the morning and was slowly dragging myself back to my dorm. I had my dance shoes and sweaty clothes in my gym bag and passed by all the other dance rooms.
All of a sudden ms. Yang the dance instructor called me back and told me that I would be undergoing an early evaluation along with 6 other trainees.
I couldn't believe my ears. I had only came to Korea for a few months and I'd hardly got anywhere with my vocal and rap lessons. Since dance was my strong area it didn't worry me but I was lacking in all others despite the warm encouragement the instructors were giving me. I quickly bowed and left to my solo dorm.

2 weeks later
I entered the evaluation room and saw three people sitting at the tables. "Rhiannon, please enter and take a seat" one of them said. I bowed and rushed to a seat. I was wearing a black cap and denim shorts with a grey crop hoodie. I was the first one there. All of a sudden the six other girls walked in and flashed a smile at the judges before shooting daggers at me. I thought it was strange since it was the first time I had seen them. They were called lee min young, yoon bisum, jang kyung, and 3 triplets called kay, cee and maya
All of them were Korean and I was the only foreigner since I was from America.
One of the judges introduced herself as teacher shin and the other two males were teachers jeon and yoon. We bowed and teacher shin spoke. " since all of you are here let's begin, we'd like to see the choreo you were taught at your dance camp a few weeks ago, let's have Rhiannon as centre with Kay, cee and maya next to her go first" we quickly got into positions and I managed to execute the choreo well since dance was my favourite. However the triplets were struggling to keep up with the music. Next bisum, kyung and min young went up. Bisum nailed the choreo and so did kyung but min young forgot a few bits. After the dnace portion was over they asked the triplets and minyoung to leave leaving me bisum and kyung in the room with the judges. "Right ladies now time for the vocal portion. Bisum go first" shin said. Bisum flawlessly sang grenade by Bruno mars. Then kyung went up and sang a lee Moonse song but her voice kept breaking. It was my turn. I decided to sing little do you know and belted it out using all the energy in my body. They then asked kyung to leave leaving me and bisum. Bisum was tall and pretty and she was 20 years old. "Next is the rap section please rap any part of a song you want". I went first and rapped Nicki minajs superbass and bisum rapped to iggy azaleas fancy. She did so well however. Teacher shin then stood up and said "bisum thank you but please leave today". She bowed and left leaving me behind. "Congrats Rhiannon you will be debuting as part of blackpink in their next comeback. Please return to your dorm until further notice."
