Melisa sat him down and fed him hot soup. She didn't really give him an option. His pack didn't put up a fight either. They kept watch as he ate and drank. She also pushed him into the bathroom with some fresh clothes and bluntly told him to take a shower.

He knew he must be ripe by now. Stiles took a hot shower and was able to get a little relaxed but he was still thinking of how to trap the Alphas. His first instinct was to put them in the path of the hunters and let them both kill each other. Whoever was left would be weak or at least hurt so the pack could pick them off.

He also knew that meant that his plan and his pack's actions would result in many people dying. That was hard to face. But not as hard as facing his own death or the death of his pack. When it came down to an us or them choice, the answer would always be us.

He missed the house. He missed his room. It hit him all of a sudden that if this went down the right way, he might be able to get the pack back to the house on the preserve. They might be able to go back to life as normal. That made him feel a little hopeful.

It was hard to face the fact that he would basically be responsible for the deaths of so many people. Even if they were killers and monsters.

When he finally got out of the shower he faced his reflection in the mirror and saw his dark circles that lay under his whiskey colored eyes. He saw the palor of his skin and the tiredness behind his eyes. Even if he had been unconcious for a day and a half he still felt exhausted down to his bones. Like his spark was working harder than it should and it was stretching him thin.

He got dressed and walked out of the bathroom smelling of soap and rosemary and mint shampoo. He saw Isaac standing in the hallway waiting for him. "Hey. I assume they stuck you with Stiles duty huh?"

Isaac shook his head and leaned against the wall. "Nah, I wanted to ask you if you came up with a plan yet."

Stiles pulled on a flannel over shirt and chuckled at Isaac's bluntness. "I think I've got something cooking up."

Isaac sighed and stuck his hands in his pockets and shook his head. "I know it sucks that we are relying on you so much Stiles, but since you got the whole spark thing going, you're kind of our best shot to stay alive..." Isaac's eyes held sincerety as he frowned. "You've been keeping us alive for a while now. And you're pushing yourself too much. Soon something is gonna give. Just incase it's the whole staying alive thing... I want you to know... Thanks. For everything."

Stiles felt his guts churn at those words. "Well I gotta say, your pep talk seriously lacks any pep there Isaac."

Isaac chuckled and stood up straighter pushing off the wall. "Yeah well, can't say I haven't heard that before."

Stiles reached out and touched his shoulder. "I'm going to get us out of this." Stiles spoke with finality. Like he was absolutely certain of his ability to save them all.

Isaac didn't hear a uptic in his heartbeat. Stiles really believed he could do it. So Isaac would too. "Good to know."
