Emma's POV
The holidays in a town of Fairytale characters was kind of weird at first, but now its fun and everyone is happy. Well all except one, Captain Hook. I saw him upset and drinking Rum on his ship alone.
"Hey Emma you ready to go home for some Hot Chocolate?" My mom asks.
"Actually you go ahead. Theres someone whos alone who needs to not be." I say.
"Okay. Well invite that person over to decorate the tree." She says before walking away.
I made my way over to the Jolly Rodger and Hook was just sitting on a bench looking out at the see.
"Hey." I say.
"Oh hi. Shouldnt you be with your family right now?" He asks.
"Yeah, but I wanted invite you to come along. No one should be alone this time of year. Not even Captain Hook." I say.
"You actually want me to join you?" He asks.
"Yeah. You didnt think I'd let you spend Christmas alone, did you?" I question.
"Well..." He says.
"Come on." I say to him.
We went over to my parents and at first my dad was alittle upset that I invited Killian, but once my mom made him go help her hang lights outside things were fine. Until Killian and I got tied up in lights.
"Ummm... Swan." Killian says.
"Yeah I know. We're kind of tangled in lights." I say.
"This is gonna sound weird, but I kind of like it." He says.
"Yeah I kind of do too." I say.
There was a moment when we were about to kiss, but my dad came barging in and quickly untangled us and pushed once he did he had Killian help him outside. I guess he doesnt trust Captain Hook alone with his daughter.
