When I started my 4th year in school it immediately became clear that the lessons were too easy for me, I was done with my assignments in no time. So after a few weeks I did some tests from a grade higher and had almost no mistakes in them. So half throughout the year I went a grade higher.
The people from my old class still bullied me. The words they used the most were "nerd" and "brilsmurf".
But on top of that they would really beat me up when I walked home from school.I remember that 1 time I was last to go home because I had cleaning duty of the class with another girl, but she went home earlier. So when I walked outside there was almost no one left.
Around the corner I saw a group of 5 boys standing, 2 of them were my worst bullies.
They saw me but I quickly walked back inside and I searched my teacher. When I found her I told her that the group of boys were waiting me up outside and I'll never forget what happened next. She told me: "Well maybe they bully you because you don't stand up for yourself. You've complained to school multiple times that you are being bullied since you came to this school but you never did something to change it yourself. "
I said: " I'm trying but what am I supposed to do when 5 boys wait me up outside to beat me up. And I'm alone, I can't take them on on my own! " I started crying because I didn't know what to do and my teacher didn't help me.
"You live across the street right?"
Yes, I lived across the street but usually I had to go through the back door so I had to walk through an alley. "Just walk out through the other door and try to walk past them. Don't go towards them and if they walk up to you ignore them and keep on walking."
"Okay I'll try but if they see me they won't let me go that easily. "Even though I live across the street from school I, again, got beaten up in the alley behind my house that afternoon. They grabbed me by my throat and held me against the wall so I couldn't breath and I thought I would die at the moment. But fortunately for me I was able to kick that guy in the balls that day.
We reported them multiple times to the police and they were spoken to a few times by them but they didn't care.
Then my mom wanted a puppy. She found out that there was a nest a few streets away and my parents went to see them. When they already decided which one to buy I came along to also see the puppy. It turned out that the puppy's were from my biggest bully, Dylan. Dylan and I used to be close friends until he said he liked me. I turned him down because I just wanted to play with him, being the little kids we were. After that he suddenly hated me and he was also the guy who choked me. When I walked inside and me and Dylan saw each other he gave me the most hateful stare I ever had.
I came to see the puppy once a week with my mom to check up on him and every time I went there I got such hateful stares but as long as my mom was there he did nothing. Outside was a different story though. When I went outside and he and his friends were outside they would walk up to me and form a circle around me. Kicking, hitting and pushing me around until I fell to the ground and then still they would kick and hit me.
They would say that I would never be able to take care of the puppy and that I mistreated my animals. I already had a dog and 2 cats at my house at the time and I really love animals, I still do, so I hated it that they said that I mistreated them.Hi, it's Anna and it's past 3 am here so this is where this chapter will end for now because else it will be too long and I'm starting to get really tired. 😅
Part 2 will come online soon!
