Zaylar's P.O.V
I sneak into Nadia's room and look at her. She is still asleep.
"Wake up Nadia, it is Christmas!" I whisper lightly shaking her.
"Chr-christmas?" She says sleepily.
"Yes, wake up darling."
She gets up and slowly walks down stairs.
She makes it to the living room and stops.
All last night everyone was bringing presents for Nadia, and now they were all under our tree.
"Are- Are they for m-me?" She says.
"Yup, everyone on Mystreet has given you something." I tell her.
"T-thank you!" She says hugging me and then Aaron.
The sun was going down and we were watching Christmas movies on the couch. Nadia was in the middle in her new PJs Aphmau gave her.
"This was the best Christmas ever!" She says.
"It isn't over yet" Aaron says.
"What do you mean?"
"Well," I handed her a sheet of paper,what does it say?" I ask her.
"Nadia is officially adopted by Zaylar Romaeve and Aaron Ly'can. She is hear by named Nadia Ly'can-Romaeve..." She finishes. Tears glisson in her eyes as she pulls us into a tight hug.
"I love you mum and dad. I love you so much" she says tears now falling free from her eyes.
"We love you too Nadia."
We all hug for a long time, not wanting to let go.
She was our daughter.
And I was her mother.
