Aaron's P.O.V

There was another pack coming.
And fast...

We all look at each other.
"Everyone shift!" Zaylar commands to the pack.
We all do and we stand in our formation.
Weakest at the back stronger getting closer to the front and me and Zaylar at the very front.
We didn't know if this pack is hostile to others or not.
The pack get closer.
We hear them.

They stop.
We see them moving round in the trees in front of us.
Only black silhouettes of wolves and there eyes.
A wolf steps forward.
"Hello pups..." He says sniggering.
Zaylar growls at him.
"Were are not pups" she says stepping a leg forward a bit still growling at him.
"I can tell you are in high school still, you have two alphas. And don't growl at me Missy!" He says.
"Step into the light and let us see your face, or are you scared some pups will beat you" Zaylar says stepping closer again. She was now in the moon light to.
The alpha pauses for a moment.
"Zay Zay..?" He says stepping into the light.
"Why did you call me that?!" She barks.
"Zay, it is me..."
"Don't. Call. Me. That." She says and pounces on him.
She bits him and he starts bleeding.
"Zaylar it is me!" He yells.
She backs off.
"Max..?" She says.
"No, it's the boggy man." He says shifting to a human form laughing a bit.
"Max!" She says shifting and hugging him.
She jumps up and hugs him, they fall over.
He had dark green hair and electric blue eyes.
"Haha, Zay Zay, long time on see." He laughs as they get up.
"Wait, you know each other?" Dottie asks coming forward.
Zaylar nods her head.
"Hay Max! Who's the girl?" A boy says coming from the trees.
"Richard, meet Zaylar. She is an old friend." He says.
"Zaylar what is going on?" I ask moving closer to her and this boy.
"Aaron, this is Max, Max this is Aaron. He is the male alpha" she says.
She seams so, happy. So different from when I have seen her...
"Aaron, I am Max. Me and Zaylar go way back" he say taking her hand.
"Hay Max, we do as well" I say.
"What are you doing here?" She asks Max.
"I decided to take my pack out for a run on the full moon.
We heard your packs howls and decided to come say hello." He says.
"Haha, well. Where does your pack come from. We are the Phoenix Drop pack." She says.
"Really? We are the FCU pack. I have actually heard all about the powerful alpha they have." He says.
Something was off about him.
"Yeah, Aaron is pretty cool" she says.
"I don't think it was Aaron they were on about." He says looking at me.
"Yeah but I have only been alpha for a few months. Not many people even know about me out side of school and family."
"You do know that there is a hole YouTube channel about you. Right? Everyone on campus watches it." He tell her.
Richard steps forward.
"Alph, we gotta go." He says.
"ok, I will see you around Zay, maybe with out the pack some time."
"Yeah sure"
"Oh, and it is nice to see you with out your mask." He says walking away.
"Nice to see you with out your tutu" she smirks walking back to us.
He goes bright red and shifts into his wolf form, running off with his pack.

"What was that about?" I snap at her.
"Irene Aaron, he was a friend. I miss him. Got a problem?" She snaps back.
"Um, yeah? He come out if no where growling at us and calling us pups. You literally bite him and then you are BFFs." I yell.
"Oh! I am so sorry Arron! Am I not aloud other guy friends? I heard you had a problem with Gene as well!" She yells back.
"Maybe I don't want you to go off with just about anyone! Maybe I care about you?! Maybe I love you and can't stand the fact that you hate me?!" I shout.
She pauses for a moment.
"A lot of people say they like me, no one has ever told the truth..." She says walking away.
"I didn't say I like you, I said I love you..."
"Don't throw around words you don't understand. You have no idea what love feels like..." She shifts into her wolf form, "I am going home, I don't want to see you unless  necessary."
She runs off.
I shift to. I need to talk with her.
I feel someone hold me back. It was Blaze.
"Give her time bro, it is what she needs." I shift back.
We all take each other home, starting with the weakest.

Zaylar's P.O.V

"Maybe I don't want you to go off with just about anyone! Maybe I care about you?! Maybe I love you and can't stand the fact that you hate me?!" He shouts.
I pause for a moment. The word love has caused me so much pain. So much agony. So much of me.
"A lot of people say they like me, no one has ever told the truth..." I start walking away.
"I didn't say I like you, I said I love you..."
"Don't throw around words you don't understand. You have no idea what love feels like..." I shift into my wolf form, "I am going home, I don't want to see you unless  necessary."
I run off to the woods, images of Ein and me swarming my head. Blocking my view.
I could barely see.
I shake my head and run.
I don't know where. I don't know when I will stop, but I am running...
