Thats not how the story goes.

"Hi Mum" Conor beamed, running into the house and dropping his school bag on the floor

"Hi honey" Helen smiled "How was your first day of primary five"

"It was fun, I made a new friend today, she's called y/n and I was wondering if she could have a sleepover tomorrow since it's Friday" Conor smiled, his cutest grin up at his mum and dad.

"Well, of course it's okay with me. Tell you what" Gary bent down to Conor's height "tomorrow when I drop you off at school, I'll speak to y/n mums and we can arrange it"

"Yay thank you" he smiled giving his dad a big hug and then his mother, going to run up the stairs

"Conor, take your bag up" Helen smiled

"Okay" he sighed grabbing his bag and running up off the stairs into his room.

So the next day as promised Gary spoke to y/n's mum, and they arranged it, for y/n to come to Conor's house straight after school to spend the night.

So the day went by quick and the pair left school together. "My dad is over there" conor said pointing to his family car

"Okay" y/n smiled, following after Conor as he ran

"Hi dad"

"Hi son, Hi y/n" Gary smiled at the pair as they got into the back seats of the car

"Hello" y/n beamed, being her confident little self.

They messed around in the back seats until they pulled up at the house, running up the drive. "Hi guys" Helen smiled. Holding her other son, jack in her arms.

"Hi mum, hi jack" Conor smiled leaning up to kiss his brothers head

"And you must be y/n" Helen smiled

"Yeah" y/n smiled, Definitely getting comfortable around her new surroundings

"We're going to go upstairs" Conor smiled as they giggled and ran up to Conor's room.

"What are we going to do" y/n asked

"Let's play a game, hide and seek" Conor yelled making y/n nod in agreement "you hide I'll count"

Y/n giggled as she slid under Conor's bed, trying to hold her laughter in "5..6.. errr 7" she heard Conor say as she covered her hand over her mouth to stop her laughing

"Ready or not here I come" conor yelled looking around his room "found you" he yelled bending down to catch y/n under the bed. She screamed and laughed as she climbed out and jumped onto his bed

"Are you guys ready for lunch now?" Helen asked coming into the room.

"Yup" Conor beamed popping the 'p' as he followed his mum out the room.

The two sat at the table, eating they're crisps and sandwiches. "So how is school guys"

"Great, I got full marks on my maths test" y/n beamed

"Well done love, what about you conor"

"I failed" conor sighed

"Well you tried honey" Helen sighed "as long as you tried your hardest, I won't be disappointed" she said making Conor smiled

"How long have you guys been friends for?" Gary asked

"Since yesterday" conor giggled

"Huh are you guys boyfriend in girlfriend" Gary teased

"No" Conor yelled

"Boys are gross" y/n giggled

"That's right, boys are Gross" Helen laughed along rocking jack in her arms.
