"it's getting late, and we got a busy day ahead of us tomorrow. I'm gonna head off to bed" I said while lifting myself off the couch
"how can you be so calm and collected, when tomorrow literally determines whether Tahj get's locked up for life or not? even you, for threatening that judge"
"stressing won't change anything. plus I'm more than confident it'll go our way. this time tomorrow my baby will be home, I swear my life on it" I said

My eyes peer open only to be blinded by the sun, causing me to shut them immediately. It took me a while but soon I was able to open them and look through the windows. It seems like forever since the sun shined so bright.

As I was admiring the sun I heard a sigh and finally felt the arms that were wrapped around my torso. I turned around and there he was...my king. lying right beside me.
"good morning" He said with his eyes still closed
I leaned down and kissed his forehead.
"good morning boss"
"stay home today" He said while clinging onto me
"for you...I'd stay home forever" I smiled
He finally opened his eyes, my body shielding him from the suns sharp rays. He looked lost, but at the same time like he had found what he'd been searching for all his life.
