-Harry-

I was scared.

Terrified actually.

My goal was to start over. To forget my past, but it caught up with me. I guess I would have to just pretend I didn't find that note and figure out what to do when December came.

-

-Grace-

We continued to have cheer practices. We had a fitting and learned lots of difficult cheers and dances. The real killer was running 3 miles every other practice.

When classes started, practice was lessened and we were just preparing for football season.

Harry and I have also started talking. I really think he likes me and I really like him. Although he has been acting a little strange ever since I ran into him that day at the dorm kiosk.

Oh well. I'm bet it's nothing.

-

I was in line with Stacy at the coffee shop when a pair of hands covered my eyes.

"Guess who?" a disguised, yet familiar voice asked.

I giggled,"Harry?"

"Maybe," he said in his normal British voice, which I had come accustomed to.

"Hey I've got something to ask you," he randomly says as he stands next to Stacy and I.

"Ok," I said, slightly confused.

He gently grabbed my wrist as he led me out the door of the coffee shop.

We had become really close over the past month or two, but I had no clue what he was about to ask.

He made me cover my eyes as he led me to who knows where.

"Uncover your eyes," he finally says after walking for about 5 minutes.

I removed my hands and I realized that we were on campus now.

Then I looked right in front of me and there was a large banner that read:

Will you go out with me, Grace?

I was so oblivious to the idea, that I would of never even thought that he would ask me out. I was so shocked, but before I knew it, I was running up to Harry and hugging him.

"So I'll take that as a yes?" he asked, slightly amused.

"Yes!" I exclaimed.

-

I still can't believe that he would ask me out. It's kind of embarrassing, but I've never had boyfriend. Boys have never been very attracted to me. I'm a little awkward.

I excitedly opened the door to my dorm room to tell Stacy the news.

"So what did he ask you?" she asked eagerly.

"He asked me out!" I practically shrieked.

"OMG!" she shrieked back, equally as excited.

I filled her in on all of the details as she listened intently.

"Wow I'm so happy for you!" she said, "Is he your first boyfriend?"

I blushed slightly and nodded.

"Really? You seem like the type that would have a boys chasing after her,"she replied.

"Nah. Boys don't typically like me," I answered honestly.

"I find that hard to believe,"she smiled.
