Thalia's p.o.v.
After we walked out of the room together, we went into the dining room/ kitchen where Austin and Nick had set up a huge buffet to welcome Brandi and I. "TIME FOR LUNCH!" Zion screamed as he ran down the stairs. Brandon, Brandi, Nick (who was happy because his team won), and Edwin. Austin pushed me to the front of the line before the others got there.
"Wouldn't want you to starve to death on the first day," he says "All the good food is gone by the third guy."
I laugh at him. "Thanks" I reply. I get my food and sit down. Brandi sits next to me, and Austin sits on my other side. Brandi winks at me and I kick her.
"OW!" She squeaks. I wish she would stop sometimes. Out of the corner of my eye I see Austin staring at us with a green bean hanging out of his mouth. Crap he saw her. I turn my head around, and he whips his head around, acting like he wasn't staring. Wow. I can't believe he was staring at me. "By the way, for those of you who don't know her name, this is Thalia." Brandi says and points at me.
"Yea, I know" Austin replies, and I almost choke on piece of spaghetti. Is he gonna hold that against me forever? I wonder. I turn towards him while Brandi laughs hysterically, and the other guys just look confused. I smack Austin's arm as he throws a dinner roll at me, which bounces off of my chair, and hits Edwin in the face. He picks it up off the ground and takes a bite of it. By then, we're all laughing so hard Zion falls out of his chair.
I love being here already, and I'm so happy Austin is so sweet. I can't believe my best friend is the reason I'm here. I'm so lucky to have her. And I'm so lucky to have met Austin.
Austin's p.o.v.
I love her already. I'm so happy she's here. She's amazing. Perfect. He eyes, her hair, her body, everything. I love it. I love her.
Thalia's p.o.v.
*fast forward to the next day at dinner time*
When we finish eating we all go to the living room for a movie night. "Can we watch Moana?" Edwin asks.
"Nah. We've watched that a million times" Zion answers. I laugh at the five guys piling into the living room to watch Moana. On more than one occasion.
"Get out?" Nick says.
"Not scary enough" Brandon replies.
"Guys we should watch It," Austin says as he sits down next to me and hands me a root beer. He keeps sitting next to me, and now he wants to watch a horror movie. I didn't expect it to go this well.
"Yea" Nick agrees, his arm around Brandi. I know that they're kinda a thing, back home Brandi used to always talk about him. It was really cute to be honest. Brandi and the rest of us nod our heads, and Zion starts the movie.
The first scene where Georgie gets killed is honestly really creepy, I'm pretty bad when it come to getting scared. Pennywise is like the creepiest thing in the world, and I cover my eyes with my blanket every time he's on the screen. Austin looks over at me, and smiles. "It wouldn't be funny if you were scared to death" I whisper to him.
"You're right, but it's funny right now because I'm not, and you are." He says. All the kids in the movie scream at the picture of pennywise that's projecting onto the wall. I gasp and hug my blanket. Austin moved closer towards me as I bury my head in the blanket. The kids scream again and I shake but this time I feel better. Austin's arm is around me and he pulls me into his body. I lean on him as I take the blanket away from my face. Omg. His arm is around me. I love this. I love him. "It's ok, I got you" he whispers to me and I smile. I look up at him, our faces inches apart. And then I realize something. I'm completely lost in his eyes, his big brown eyes, and I'm drowning in my own thoughts. He looks back at me smiling, and pulls my face even closer to his. My thoughts drown out completely when our lips connect. It's the most amazing feeling in the world. His hand runs through my hair and my hair brushes the back of his neck. We finally separate and I lay my head on his chest while he plays with my hair. We stay like this the rest of the night. I can't even pay attention to the movie. I can only hear my thoughts.
I love Austin Porter, I feel like everything is amazing right now. Like I'm on a cloud. I fall asleep about 30 minutes until the end. And I dream of him.
