Thalia's p.o.v. (Time lapse)
I blink my eyes open. Where am I? I can barely see, the ceiling lights shining into my eyes. I squint at their brightness, but managed to glance around the room. It's a hospital room. How did I get here? What happened? The door opens and a nurse walks in, looking at a screen next to my bed. I turn my head to look at her and feel a hard crack in my stomach and groan. The nurse jumps, looking shocked to see me awake. "Oh hi," she says as she stares at me "how do you feel." I look at her.
"Ummm... not good, I can't move, I don't know where I am, I don't know why I'm here, and I don't what happened." I say as I can feel my breath quicken, making my stomach hurt more.
"You're fine just calm down. You were in a car accident, you have a cracked rib, and your ACL is torn," she tells me "worst case scenario you'll have a leg brace for a few months. By the way I'm Sophia." I assume she already knows my name., so I start trying to think about what happened... Austin, thats what happened. We got in a fight, he was hiding the truth, and I drove off. Does he know I'm here? I start about how I could over react like I did. Does he even care? "You have someone here," she says " He's been here every day since you got here. He rode in the ambulance with you too."Austin?
"Wait what do you mean 'since I first got here'?" I ask.
"Well you've been in a coma for a little over three months," she starts "honestly we thought you weren't gonna make it. And we told him that, but he said he was gonna keep visiting." She smiles at looks at me "Whoever he is, he must really care about you." He does care, he really cares. At this point I realize I don't even want to know the truth. Whatever happened, he must've been telling the truth, It wasn't anything. Because you wouldn't visit the hospital everyday for over three months for someone you didn't care about right? "Do you want me to tell him you're awake?" She asks.
"Yes," I tell Sophia "thank you."

Austin's p.o.v.

Her nurse walks into the waiting room, and looks at me. "She's awake." She smiles at me. I glance at her as I feel the tears already forming in my eyes. It feels like it's been forever since I've seen her I miss her so much. I can't believe this is my fault, she probably scared out of her mind right now, because of me. "She wants to see you too." She adds. "But the doctors need a moment with her first." Brandi is talking to Thalia's mom again this morning since she's back in Montana. The guys came the day of the crash and have come back almost everyday for the past three months. Brandi, being her best friend, feels guilty for not asking her why she had been acting weird. No one knows why she really drove off all of a sudden, other than me. I prepare myself for all the feelings that she could possibly have because of what happened because of me. Multiple doctors rush in with clipboards and shocked looks plastered on their faces. I hope she's not mad at me, I just want to see her.

Thalia's p.o.v.

I continue thinking about what happened, and what Austin feels toward me. I have absolutely no... "BANG!" The door slams open and four doctors rush in, Sophia behind them.
"How?" one doctor says "there was a less then 25% chance she could've survived the impact."
"And she came out with a torn ACL, and a cracked rib." says one of the others, rubbing his forehead as he turns to me. "You're very lucky to be alive." I nod, tears streaming down my face once again. Can I just see him now?
"We need to run a few tests before we can let your visitors in." Sophia says, almost answering my thoughts.
"Why can't I just see them now?" I question.
"Well you didn't wake up much long ago, so we need to see what kind of condition you're in. Safety precautions." One doctor replies.
"I haven't seen them in a few months, they're probably worried sick, and I just want to talk to them." I argue, as I can feel my heartbeat quicken.
"Miss Thalia, I'm sorry we can't do that at the moment." He argues back, he voice stern.  I sigh at him and decide what to do.
"Ok, then I'll do it." I shrug my shoulders, sit up, wincing at the pain, and rip my IVs off one by one. The doctors gasp.
"Miss, you can't do that," one says as he tries to push me back into a laying position. "You could injure yourself more than you already are."
"Well I can do it myself if you can't." I sass back, ripping my arm out of his hand.
"Thalia," Sophia starts But I cut her off.
"No, if these assholes," I motion to the doctors "don't have the audacity to realize how important seeing them is to me, and just want me to sit here when I have no idea what has happened for the past three month, then I'm gonna use my personal judgment and do it anyway." I rip another wire off of my leg.
"We cannot allow you to lift you heart rate, you could go into a coma and relapse." One of them shout at me. They push me back and a relax a little. I gotta see him, she said he's here, and I need to see him.
"NO!" I scream, rip off the rest of the wires and tubes stuck to my body, and pull my hands and feet out of doctors' grips. I run to the door of my room and swing it open.
"THALIA.." Sofia calls after me but I'm already half way down the corridor. Where is he. I have to find him. I stop at the connector and look both ways.
"AUSTIN! AUSTIN!" I yell through my tears. "AUSTIN WHERE ARE YOU?!" I say running through the halls. I hear a door swing open.
"THALIA! THALIA!" I hear a voice... it's Austin, and I can hear him crying, I know he is. I need him right now. His footsteps pound louder and louder, I think I know which hall it's coming from. I run towards the sound.
"AUSTIN..." I whip around a corner and... there he is... he stands at the opposite end of the long hallway. He was crying, I knew it. I am too. It makes me laugh a little because last time we saw each other we were fighting, and now I couldn't be more happy to see him. We make eye contact, and he starts running towards me. I start running to him as fast as I can (at least as fast as you can with a torn ACL and a cracked rib). I jump into his arms and he embraces me. I missed him so much, i miss everything about him. Bursting into tears, he pulls me closer. I look into his watering eyes and smile at him, and he smiles back that goofy smile I love so much.
"Thalia May," he starts " I love you." He finally said it, he actually said it. It feels like
I've been waiting for this since the first day we met. He continues to hold his eyes to mine.
"I love you too." I say, stuttering due to my choked cries. "I love you so much." I press my head against his chest, but he lifts my chin up and kisses me. I kiss him back, feeling like a part of me has returned. I love him.
