Austin's p.o.v. (Plot twist) *picture above is of Bella*

"Thalia," WHAM. She slams the car door. "I love you" I say, and I know she can't hear me but I say it anyways. I should've just told her before, why didn't I tell her!? I feel like an idiot now. It's my fault she pissed at me, and now she's driving away. I run to the middle of the road, tears streaming down my face, and my hands on top of my head. Shit.

Thalia's p.o.v.

I continue to drive down the road, crying uncontrollably. Why would he do this to me? Why? I reach for a tissue and wipe my eyes, not  even vaguely registering the words that were said. Did I mean what I said? Did he mean what he said? Why didn't he just tell me who she is and why she's... SKRRRRTTT! The car jolts and my body goes flying into the seat belt as the I desperately try to veer the car onto the road again. I look up and another car is feet away from Brandi's Rangerover. We collide with a BANG! the airbag appears as shattered glass explodes in my face, and everything goes black.

Austin's p.o.v.

I walked back inside, still crying. Edwin runs downstairs, and I tilt my head down, praying he can't see my tears.
"Austin what happened? I heard a bunch of yelling and screaming and the door slamming." He asks. I look up and as he sees my faces he comes closer to me. " What happened?" I take a deep breath.
"Thalia and I got in a fight about something, and she ran out. I'm sorry it's my fault, I should've just told her about it earlier. I should've told her yesterday and..."
"Wait told her about what?"
"Well yesterday when we were at Target, the girl working at Starbucks was one of my childhood friends back in North Carolina. I never thought I'd see her again, but she said she moved out to California after she heard how successful I had been in LA. And apparently Thalia said it looked like we were flirting, and I was "head-over-heels" for her. I was just really excited to see her..."
"Put yourself in Thalia's position, without knowing what you guys were saying, what would your actions make you think." Edwin says.
"Ummm, well we hugged, and she kissed me on the cheek, and I probably looked really interested in what she was saying." I confess, and then I remembered another thing. "And Bella wrote her number on my cup, and she commented on my Instagram post." Damnit Edwin's always right, I look like a complete asshole.
"Yea, now do you get what she thought? She thought you were cheating didn't she?"
"Yep." I reply. And I sit down, thinking about how I screamed at her for something I should've told her about.
"It's ok bro, she'll come back. She just needs alone time."
"Okay." We decided to sit down and watch Guardians of the Galaxy vol.2, but the entire time I could only think about Thalia, and what an idiot I was for letting her leave without telling her what happened. The movie ends, and Edwin gets up as I snap back to reality. He turns to the news channel as Brandi skips down the stairs.
"Hey guys what's..." she stops as she stares at the tv and then points at it.
"There is a bad crash on I-85 in Los Angeles, where traffic is building up due to a fire in the left lane against the barrier." the news anchor lady says as pictures of the crash appear on screen. We all look at the burning Range Rover and Brandi's eyes widen. She runs up to the screen and taps at where you can vaguely see the license plate "Montana; Big Sky Country" it reads as burning embers fly past the camera.
"That's my car," she exclaims "MY CAR!" She yells as I already start feeling tears roll down my face. What have I done? I jump up run out the door with my keys, and start my car. I put my hands on the wheel, staring at them as they continue to shake. Thalia. I finally start driving, feeling like I'm just in a nightmare. I'll wake up soon, this isn't really happening. I go towards I-85, but get caught in traffic earlier on. Sitting in traffic I continue to cry. "SHIT" I park the car and get out, not bothering to lock it. I run down the highway, weaving in and out of the cars as multiple horns honk out me. It's easy to cut them out because I'm drowning in my own thoughts. I love you, Thalia I think as I continue to run through the cars, toward the smoke lifting into the sky.

This chapter was so real to me tbh. Got me right in all the feels as I wrote it (sorry about how short it was).
