AVE'S POV
As we arrived at my street I started to recognize alot of people who I once knew as my neighbors. The taxi slowed down at a rebuilt home that was very similar to what I had remembered. I remember it being raggedy and not so nice to look at but now, it's like a whole new house. As I got out of the taxi the taxi driver helped me with my things as I got out the credit card Edward had given me. I thanked him and he went on his way. I held Luna tighter as I walked up the stairs to the front door. I started to shake as I bent down to get the spare key from under the mat that we always kept hidden. It was still there. I smiled as I unlocked the door and walked into the most beautiful living room/kitchen combined. I quickly ran to the fireplace and saw the urn with my mothers photo next to it. I started to tear up but I was scared to cry alone. I ran up stairs being extra careful not to drop Luna. I saw the door to the empty room we had across the hall, it had Luna's name on it. I walked over to it slowly, I grabbed the door knob and pushed the door open. I was in awe when I walked in. I decided to feed Luna and change her before I would go to any of the other rooms. She quickly fell asleep in my arms.
As I rocked her back and forth I heard a knock at the door. A not so threatening knock. I set Luna down in the crib and ran down stairs. I looked through the peep hole and saw Paul, Emily, Sam and Jacob. I unlocked the door and threw it open.
"AVE!!!" Paul yelled in excitement as he hugged me tightly. Everyone else joined in the hug until Emily remembered about Luna.
"Where's my baby?" She asked looking around the room.
"She's up stairs in the last room down the hall." I said to her pointing toward the stairs. Both Emily and Sam smiled at me and ran upstairs.
"So I guess Eddie boy had his own plan?" Jacob asked me.
"Nope, it was all me. When I realized she wasn't going to give up Luna a new plan whirled through my head. I just looked over to Edward explaining my plan and we ran with it." I said to them as I sat on the couch.
"Well you're real lucky it worked. I don't think I could have lived without you." Paul said as he cuddled up to me on the couch.
"So is Jane gone?" I asked seriously. Both Jake and Paul just smiled at me. The nodded and I jumped up and down on the couch with joy.
"Whoa hold your horses you're gonna break the couch." Jake said jokingly. I threw a pillow at him and it hit him in the face. Paul and I both laughed together at the way Jake tried to dodge it.
"So got any food?" Paul asked
"Uhh, I don't know. I just got here maybe half an hour before you did." I said honestly.
"Well I'm gonna go get Emily so she can cook us up something." Jake said as he ran up the stairs.
"And I will be taking a nap because I am so damn tired." Paul said as he laid his head down on my lap. I smiled as I stroked his hair. He closed his eyes and before I knew it he was asleep.
I had been sitting there for about 15 minutes with Paul asleep on my lap. I decided to go check out the rest of the house. I slowly slipped Paul off of me and onto a pillow. I ran upstairs and straight to my room which was right next to Luna's and across from my parents room. I opened the door in shock to find that everything was the same it was when I had left. Even the random clothes on the floor. (photo above is her room.) I smiled at the teddy bears on my bed and the books on my shelf. After looking at all of my things I decided to check out my parents room. It was just as it was. Nice, neat, and clean. I closed the door to their room and decided to head to the third floor which was only one room. My sister's room. I slowly walked up the stairs to her room. She had no door since she was on her own floor. She didn't need a lot of privacy. As I walked in I almost cried. It was the same as she had left it the day she died. We were all to depressed to move her things out or even touch any of her many photos. I slowly walked over to one of the walls where she kept all the photos of us together. I tried to smile but my heart was breaking. Remembering all the good times we had together. I clutched my locket and cried even harder. Before I knew it Paul was at my side.
"What's wrong Ave?" he asked as he held me in his arms.
I just nodded no and whispered the word nothing.
"Tell me please." he begged. I looked up at the wall again and he looked with me. He moved in closer to take a better look.
"You never told me you had a twin sister." He said with hurt look on his face. "Where does she live?" He asked. My eyes started to water even more. Tears drenching my face.
"She's not around anymore is she?" He asked. I nodded a yes and he held me close. "I'm sorry, I didn't know." He said apologetically.
We stood there looking at my sisters photos, I cried every once an a while, laughed a bit, and smiled after each time I spoke to Paul about what she was like. Me and her were alot alike but different at the same time. She reminded me of Seth, playful always has a smile on their face, and can make you laugh when you don't want to.
"She sounds like a great person." Paul said as he walked around the room staring at every wall. "I wish I could have met her." He said before walking out the room.
