My daily routine was normal, until lunch passed. I decided not to eat and I felt like I wasn't alone at home anymore. Like somebody was watching me. Every time I walked I heard steps behind me, but nothing was there.

Maybe a nap would help, I am quite tired after all. I woke up almost hours later, staring up at a face and a few figures standing around me. I sat up, panicking. Only whispers came from around me.

It was a children's song I know all too well.

"Kagome kagome, kago no naka no tori wa" it's only way slower. They all disappeared after the song finished. I went downstairs to get some water and relax but as I walked out of my room, I heard it again.

"Ushiro no shoumen daare" I heard it playing again, then it stopped as I reached the kitchen. This is really freaking me out honestly. What's going on? Is my house haunted?

I went to the bathroom, thinking a hot bath would be nice. Once I relaxed in the hot water, the lights began to flicker. It continues to flicker until writing was all over the walls, bloody and multiple Japanese characters written. Who is doing this? Seriously someone is trying to kill me.

"しね(shine)" written all over the bathroom in blood. I jumped out of the tub, putting on a towel and drying off. Who wants me dead?!

The lights flickered a few more times and I dropped to the floor, beginning to cry. I'm never like this, why am I acting like this?!

"いますぐでる(ima sugu deru)" written on the walls with ink...blue ink. I felt something drip from the ceiling and hit my head. I flinched, looking up. There's a little girl, bleeding from her head, staring down at me.

"Kagome Kagome kaga no naka no tori wa." She whispered, going back into the ceiling. She disappeared into thin air. I went to my room, getting into clothes then leaving my house. I can't be there.

It's not safe in my own home. Jesse had to refuse since he's leaving on a business trip tomorrow. I hope that my brother will let me stay.

As I reached his house, I knocked on his door, not getting any response. It was unlocked. Genji was watching tv, sitting on the floor. The tv was playing static and that's it.

"Gen...ji?" I stepped in, goosebumps running down my body as his head turned to me and he wore an eyepatch, blood dripping from it.

"Kag...ome...kag...o...me." He watched me make every move and as I stepped closer, he pounced on top of me, pinning me down.

"Genji stop it!" I cried out, kicking at him. He was normally weak, but something is giving him strength to hold me down. He choked me till I passed out and I think it's game over now.

I woke up, tied to a chair. It's dark and cold. I'm so scared.

"Welcome." A voice came from behind me, playing with my hair. I let out a cry through my gag, tears rolling down my cheeks. This woman scratched me with her sharp and long nails, laughing as I flinched. "We have to start off with our ritual, don't worry, it won't hurt a bit."

She held a butcher knife in one hand, a scalpel in the other. "Just some deep breaths and you'll be just fine." She was nearly emotionless and her skin was purple. Are there two people? I'm so confused they sound the same. Maybe my hearing is bad.

She held my left hand, finding a soft spot on my ring finger, chopping it off with the knife. She wrapped it, staring at me with a blank expression.

"You're fine you fucking crybaby." She slapped me upside the head as I sobbed loudly. "Amelie, that scalpel isn't what we use for the ritual." Another girl joined in, ripping it from her hands. "You use the blade you idiot. You're not supposed to kill him." I watched them argue over the blade but I'm still crying about my finger. Now I'm missing my entire finger and it just hurts.
