Back To School

Harry POV 

Draco and I have been in France for 4 weeks now and dor the past 2 weeks I have felt some sort of nausea and I am unsure why. 

"Draco," I started to say before I threw up. 

"Baby, what's going on?" Draco asked. 

"I don't know I have felt extremely unwell the last few days," I said. 

"Let's go home, they might know," Draco said and I nodded so he quickly packed our stuff and then we flooed home. 

"Welcome home," Mum said when she saw us and I ran to the bathroom to throw up. When I returned downstairs mum looked concerned. 

"Harry hasn't been well the last week," Draco explained. 

"Can I do a test?" Mum asked and I nodded so she performed a spell and ran her wand over my body and stopped at my stomach and she gasped. 

"What?" Draco asked worriedly. 

"Um I don't know if you know this I am assuming not but Harry is 4 weeks pregnant which is why he has been sick, morning sickness usually hits after a couple of weeks," Mum said and my eyes went wide. 

"I'm pregnant?" I asked shocked and mum nodded as everyone walked into the room. 

"What's going on?" Lucius asked after everyone hugged us and welcomed us home. 

"Harry is pregnant," Draco said. 

"Oh my," Narcissa said. 

"Are you ok?" Severus said looking at me. 

"Um it's a lot to process but I will be ok," I said. 

"You didn't know this could happen did you?" Lucius asked. 

"Neither of us did," Draco said. 

"I'm sorry we should have told you," Narcissa said. 

"It's alright," I said as my husband pulled me into his lap and wrapped his arms around me. 

"We will make sure Harry is protected at school," Severus said. 

"Good, I don't want anything happening to my baby or my husband," Draco said. 

"Shit," I said realising. 

"What babe?" Draco asked. 

"I just realised we're having a baby," I said. 

"It will be ok," Draco said. 

"I know it will be its just a lot to process," I said kissing my husband.

"Harry, Draco will become more protective over you now," Narcissa said. 

"I know, I'm pregnant with his baby and I am his husband so I'm not surprised," I said. 

"How are you feeling babe?" Draco asked. 

"I'm alright, just shocked," I said and he nodded.

"Are you all ready to return to Hogwarts tomorrow?" Mum asked. 

"Yes," I said. 

"Good, we will write to you every week and see you where we can," Mum said and I nodded. 

"I want to sleep," I said. 

"I'll take you up to bed babe," Draco said and we said good night to everyone and went up to bed where I passed out as soon as my head hit the pillow.

The next morning I woke up to Draco snoring so I slipped out of bed and packed our things for Hogwarts and as I was zipping up the bags my husband pulled me into his arms and gave me a kiss. 

"Good morning my loves," Draco said. 

"My loves?" I asked. 

"You and the baby," Draco said and I placed my hand on my stomach. 

"I still can not believe we are having a baby," I said. 

"Neither," Draco said kissing me before we got dressed and he took our bags downstairs. 

"Morning boys," Mum said hugging us both. 

"Morning," we said as everyone else came down. 

"Alright let's get you all to the train shall we," Mum said and we all nodded flooring to kings cross station where we bid our parents goodbye and went through to the platform. 

"Weasleys ahead, get on the train," I said and everyone nodded so the 6 of us quickly got on the train and found a carriage towards the front. 

"Well this has been the biggest month of my life," I said. 

"You don't say," my husband laughed. 

"So back to school," I said. 

"Oh, by the way, I got the 4 of you moved to Slytherin," Blaise said. 

"How on earth did you manage that?" I asked.

"I found the rules regarding moving houses and I spoke to Snape," Blaise said. 

"Thanks," Ginny, Neville, Luna and I said. 

Once we were about halfway through our journey we all got dressed and put our new badges on and headed to the meeting.

"Wait how are all of you prefects?" Cho Chang asked. 

"No clue," I said. 

"Harry Potter, Draco Malfoy, Ginny Weasley, Blaise Zabini, Neville Longbottom and Luna Lovegood, interesting combination but there should be 2 more," Cho said as Pansy Parkinson and Theodore Nott came in. 

"Just an FYI get our names right next time," I said rolling my eyes. 

"What do you mean?" Cho asked. 

"Harry Malfoy," I said. 

"Luna Potter," Luna said. 

"Neville Potter," Neville said. 

"Ginny Zabini," Ginny said.

"What?" Cho asked and we all held up our hands proving we were married couples. "How on earth?" she added. 

"We are all bonded to our partners so we got married," Draco said casually. 

"Right, anyway. The head boy and girl want us to patrol the corridor. 4 of you will have to go to Gryffindor," Cho explained. 

"Draco and I will, Neville and Luna too," I said and the other 3 nodded so we went to the Gryffindor end of the train and started patroling. 

"What are you doing here?" Fred asked looking at us in shock. 

"We're prefects so we're patrolling," Draco said. 

"Oh right, that's fair. Careful of my dimwit brother and his girlfriend," George said and we thanked the twins for their warning before we continued walking through the corridor of the train. 

"Hey Harry," A voice behind us said and we turned to see Dean and Seamus. 

"Hey boys, how was your summer?" I asked. 

"It was alright, yours?" Dean asked. 

"Eventful," I said. 

"That's a nice way to put it," Neville said and we all laughed. 

"Oh wait we've never formally met Draco Malfoy," Draco said. 

"I'm dean, he's Seamus," Dean said.
