3.Therapy

Okay it has been a crazy weeks.
First Jim was reassigned to Arkham. Which made Edward quite glum. I was devastated and angry. We could have done something. But Jim always finds a way. He got his job back, thankfully. And met my friend Lee in Arkham. I secretly been trying to get them together but nothing has work. I just hope it's not because he's still not able to move on from Barbara. She is still my friend but it's unhealthy for him not to move on.

When Jim got back he didn't take long to get officers mad and confront authority. He wanted to arrest Arnold Flass for reason that are really awful to have an officer be the one to commit them. He was also Kristen's boyfriend and has one of the main people who bullied Edward. So I was quite glad when Jim was able to arrest him.

Then there was the case where a man killed people with their worst fear. And used their glands to try to make a serum to get rid of fear. In the end he gave too much to his son that all he sees all the time is what he fears most. Poor fellow, I stayed with him in the hospital for a while to comfort him. It was the case I've proven myself most.

Also I want to add that Lee is our new Medical Examiner and Edward didn't get suspended either. The old M.E was caught with body parts in his locker.
But as much as those things where odd when I walked in the GCPD that morning, it was, to say the least weird.
The whole circus was here, seriously, an actual circus. This is what happens when I bail on Jim and Lee, my unending attempts to get them together. I spot Edward.

"Edward. What happened here. "

"I can sizzle like bacon, i am made with an egg i have plenty of backbone, but lack a good leg i peel layers like onions, but still remain whole i can be long, like a flagpole, yet fit in a hole. What am I?"

" A snake. What?, was this all because of a snake."

" Correct. But no a snake dancer was killed by a hatchet. "

"I never liked the circus anyways."
He was about to talk when Jim came.
"Rosa thank god you're here."

" Good morning detective. " Edward said.

" Morning Ed. " Jim said acknowledging his presence. "Rosa I need your help."

" Uh sure. How may I be of service."

" The victim's son. I need you to talk to him."

" Jim I'm not a detective. "

" I know but you have a therapy degree and are good with people. That I know from experience. "

"Thank you Jim bu-"

"No buts you owe me for ditching me and Lee. "

I put on my joyful smile "Alright I'll help." I turn to Edward who was being left out " Edward do you mind if I take him to our office. I'm sure he'll be more comfortable there. "

I had decorated my side of the room to make it have a cozy feeling and some of Edwards side too.

" Yes. Yes, of course" he said shaking his head.

" Thanks Edward. I'll catch you later. " I turn to Jim to lead me to the son.

-Edward's POV-
Officer Gordon took Rosabelle by the hand and led her to the victim's son. To be honest she has been so focused on him lately I think I've started to feel jealous. She's been giving me advice about Kristen and has helped in many ways. She is really lovely.

No I can't start liking Miss Darling she's our friend and I still like Miss Kringle. But she doesn't like you and do you want Jim or anyone to steal Rosabelle from you.

-Rosabelle's POV-
The boy is a good looking fellow, decent, around 18 I'm guessing. His red hair is lovely. When he sees us he stands up.
