The Eye

Story: The Eye

I was working at a business company so I just decided to stay at the hotel that my boss owns nearby. He said that his workers can stay there for a while before vacation.

"You'd be in room 12 sir" the guy said and gave me the room key. "And one last thing kid. Don't EVER. Look or go to room 13" that sent chills down my spine but I shrugged it off.

I passed the room 13 and just go to sleep in my comfortable bed.

~ Next Day ~

I woke up due to my alarm and I rose up immediately.

I ate my instant noodles and go to shower.

When I was done showering, I immediately put my suit on.

I grabbed my suitcase and left the apartment. I was going to pass the room 13th's door when I heard a noise.

I hesitated to. But I ended up looking at the keyhole.

I immediately saw a woman wearing a bride dress.

I immediately stooped away and left to my boss' company.

~ Another Next Day ~
I did another one of my morning routines and I took my time because this is my last day here.

When I left my room after locking it, I looked at the keyhole again. All I saw was red. Yes. Red. Only red.

I walked away from the room and checked out. "Hey, why was there a bride on the room 13?"

The guy looked at me in disbelief as if I did a sin.

"You looked through the keyhole, huh..?" He said coldly.

"Yeah, what's wrong..?" I asked curious not ready what was I about to hear.

"Let me tell you, kid. There was once a couple there that checked in after getting married." I nodded my head and gestured for him to continue.

"They are white people with really red eyes. Everybody was scared of them. The husband began acting like a maniac and killed his wife for no purpose." I nervously nodded my head and gestured him to move on with the story.

"And the woman began getting revenge for all the guys that are unlucky enough to get the 13th room key." Wow. This story is getting worse by the minute.

"Did you, by chance, just see nothing but red all over the keyhole..?" He asked and I... Answered.. "Yes.." He shook his head can't believe what I just said.

I didn't see it at first but then realized it after a minute. That's creepy.

What is wrong..?
