Reflection

"Mom? Dad? What time you goin' home..?"

I decided to ask my parents over the phone. I don't wanna be home alone!

"Don't worry honey.. We'll be back from our date by 12:00.."

"Okay.. Goodluck!"

For me...

I just opened the T.V and watched scary/ horror movies. I looked at the time and at the door. OML!

I almost had a heart attack. I didn't dare move. I didn't make a SINGLE move.

I called 911 immediately without the guy seeing.

When they arrived,

"What did you see?"

"I saw a guy by that door!"

I pointed to the glass door and they took down notes out of it.

"Can you please search the house?"

I asked. They all agreed and get on searching. What was it..? Was it just a hallucination?

"We can't find anything in your house.. And there were no single footprint outside your house.. Maybe it was just a hallucination..?"

"Really, I saw him!"

I kept making them believe me. I can't believe it! They won't believe me after rushing over here when I called?

"Chief! Look!"

A police checked behind the sofa I was sitting on earlier.

"What about it?"

"There're footprints.."

I was shocked about this news. H-how did he manage..?
