Story: Rose Marie

One night, a family got murdered at their house.

The whole family got killed and so.

They said it was brutal and eerie.

I just decided to sleep that night.

~ Time Skip ~
I woke up at midnight with no valuable reason.

I know that some of my friends stay up this late to go to the houses that were abandoned to search for more mysteries.

So I contacted some of them...

"Hey.." I started the conversation.

"You coming with us tonight..?" Mark said.

I don't know why but I felt excited for this mystery hunt.

"Yeah." Is all I replied and hung up.

I immediately go to out secret meeting area. Which was a secluded place in the woods.

"I'll show the way." We all quietly followed.

~ At The House ~
We arrived by 15 and a few seconds.

We creaked the door open and entered.

"This place smells of rotten meat!" My best friend Clarissa stated.

"You came here to complain or what..?" Jerome asked while grinning.

I saw a bottle that has Aqua-colored liquid inside it.

I saw a paper that was attached to the bottle.

"Rose Marie" is on the paper.

I guess the owner of this bottle is named Rose Marie.

I feel bad for her. After a few minutes of searching, that's when I only noticed the stickiness of my hand.

What's wrong with that bottle..?

"Guys! Look!" Our nerd friend Jocelyn said.

She's pointing to a jar-like thingy. But we don't know what it's called.

"It says, 'Pour this sticky liquid on the bottle across the room every time it rusts."
Our friend Jessica stated.

We all shook in fear. We knew that this was set up by the ghost of the girl named "Rose Marie".

"Let's get outta here!" I whisper-shouted to them.

"Yeah!" They all agreed and I was told to lock the front door.

I just closed it and it immediately locked so I took a step back.

"Guys, run." I said. We all ran to safety and never returned that house.

Until today, no one, even the cops don't know what's the purpose of the bottle and the liquid.
