-Kath's POV-

"Napapadalas ka na ata sa office namin ng Council ah." Sabi ko kay hangin.

"Bakit? Masama bang bisitahin ka?" He said with a smirk.

"You know, naka 10 strikes ka na. Each student is only allowed 3 strikes. Kung ipa-expel na lang kaya kita."

I was getting tired of this.

Naka 10 strikes na siya in a span of 10 days.

Which means he breaks at least one rule each day.

Which means everyday ko siyang nakakausap sa office.

Which may lead to me getting brain cancer.

"You can't do that." He said referring to me getting him expelled.

"And why not?" I asked.

"Because I am a potential to the school's basketball team." He said as if that was the simplest explanation he could give.

Hangin oh.

As if siya yung pinakamagaling na basketball player.

"That's not what I heard."

*FLASHBACK*

I was in the girl's locker room when I heard two voices.

"The bulldogs are so weak." I think her name was Tina.

"Yeah, I think they're gonna lose." And I guess her name was Kaye.

"Hindi naman sila talaga magaling. Ewan ko kung bakit pa sila sasali."

"I know right."

Bulldogs?

Hindi ba yun ang name of our school's basketball team?

"Tara na." I heard one of them say as they went out.

*END OF FLASHBACK*

"Let's make a deal. Actually, it's more of a bet." Daniel said as he stalked towards me.

"If we win the Finals, I get ten wishes. Ten wishes you can't deny." He smirked.

"Why 10?" I asked.

Bakit kasi sa dinami dami ng numbers ten pa talaga.

Not that I'm worried he will win.

I'm just really curious.

"Because we have to win 9 games to get to the finals. So, bale, all in all, we have to win 10 games."

"I see. But if you lose, I get ten wishes." I smiled victoriously.

"Not quite." He said.

Ha? Eh, I thought clear na yun?

"For example, we won the first game and lost the second, I still get one wish and you get nine. So the number of games we win, the number of wishes I get. AND, the number of games we lost are the number of wishes YOU get. So is it a deal?" He asked challengingly.

Aba. Siya pa yung confident ha?

Hmm... Tingnan natin.

"Deal." I said as I shook his hands.

Shocks.

Bakit ang weird ng feeling?

I looked at our hands which were still at the same position and looked up at him.
