Rosie's POV:

"Hold still I don't want to mess it up." I was currently doing Izzy's makeup for her date with Jack. I was so excited for her. Jack would be coming in about an hour and we had already finished her hair and most of her makeup.

"Alright lips." I looked around at the choices. "I'm thinking a creamy lipstick so that your lips are nice and soft when he kisses you."

"Oh shut it you." Izzy laughed.

"I know you're blushing, and not just because of the blush we put on you." She rolled her eyes but smiled. I finished her makeup and washed the excess that was on my hands. I joined her in her room and helped her choose an outfit.

"Okay what about this?" She said holding up a sparkly dress.

"I like it, but didn't jack say semi fancy?"

"You're right, I need a solid colored dress." She began digging through her closet.

"Black?" She asked me still looking through the hangers.

"Yes, black is a classy color but can also be dressed down. What do you have?" She picked a dress from the closet and turned around to show me. It was a thinned strap black dress with black, but subtle, vertical stripes.

"I love it, and to make up for the sparkly dress wear those gold heels you have." She squealed and changed into her dress as I waited on her bed, scrolling through twitter.

I was reading funny tweets when I got a DM from and old friend from high school.

Hey long time no talk! I was on my tl and saw this picture. Isn't this you?

I clicked on the attached tweet and saw a tweet from a UK tabloid.

"Dunkirk film's rising star, Fionn Whitehead, seen with new gal just one week after reported split with UK actress, Megan Macy." Below were pictures of Fionn and I with Lewis at the park yesterday.

"So what do you thi- oh Rosie what's wrong?" I looked up at Izzy who stood before me in the black dress and gold heels.

"Nothing, you look absolutely stunning! Jack won't be able go stop looking at you." I smirked.

"Shut up." She said again. "Is everything really alright? I saw your face when I walked in."

"And what's wrong with my face?" She laughed and shrugged.

"Never mind." She grabbed a clutch and began putting her things inside when the doorbell rang.

"I'll get it!" I jumped up and went down to the door, opening it and seeing grinning Jack.

"Welcome Jack." I smiled.

"Ello' love, is Izzy around?"

"Of course, I will go get her, please, come in." I closed the door and ran back upstairs to get Izzy.

"You ready?"

"A bit nervous but yes." I put my hands on her shoulders and turned her to me.

"You'll be fine. He really likes you, I can tell." She smiled at me and followed me downstairs.

"I present, Isabella Dianne Davis." Izzy walked down the stairs and I turned to see Jack smiling wide, I swear I could see his eyes sparkle as she walked towards him.

"Ye' look lovely." He said to her.

"Not too bad yourself."

"Alright kids have fun."

"Oh wait, if you decide to go home just lock the door I have my keys with me."

"Gotcha." With that the two left and I remained alone in Izzy's house. I didn't want to stay so I decided to call a cab and go home to finish some packing. As I waited for the cab I looked back at the pictures of Fionn and I. I didn't know what to do, I'm sure it was nothing so I set it aside. Though it still lingered around in my head. I shook it off and hoped that it didn't get too big of an issue.

My cab arrived and I went home. It was almost 8 so i decided to make some tea and have a nice relaxing night since we'd be going back to work tomorrow. I threw my hair up into a bun and washed my face even though I didn't wear much makeup today. I then applied a face mask and watched some netflix on my laptop as I sat in my living room alone.

Honestly, I was excited to go back to work tomorrow. It's what I want to do and I get to experience it while I'm still in college. I couldn't be any more lucky.

I spent the rest of the night enjoying myself then made sure everything was ready for tomorrow. I got ready for bed then slept soundly.
