As I'm sitting here, waiting for the day to be over, 190 more days till I can get out of this hell hole.

I wake up and roll out of bed, literally. I put on my glasses and remembered that today is when I get my new ones. I check the time and it's only ten o'clock. I put on my outfit and fix my hair.

I walk down the steps and see Grayson and Ethan sleeping on the couch. I just smile to myself and walk in the kitchen. James is standing there making breakfast.
" Hey James, uh today I am suppose to get my new glasses and contacts today, I don't know if the orphanage told you." I trail off.
" Yeah i know, at 12:30. Don't worry, I won't let you miss it" He smiles at me. I nod and he asks " Do you want some breakfast?" I simply say " No thanks" I walk away and look at Grayson on the couch.
I smile and go upstairs.
I heard my phone ding and see a Snapchat from Grayson. I smile and open it. The caption says 'Good morningg'
I smile and take a picture of my blanket captioning it, " Morning :)"
I play on my laptop for awhile then realize it's 12:15. I put on my converse and walk down the steps.
" James!" I call out. He walks up to me all ready and I smile. We leave and go to he eye place.
Once we make it the lady asks for my name. " Addilyn Charles" I say. She smiles and nods. " Yes, your new glasses and contacts have came in. I will be right back" she says walking off to go get them.
She comes back and hands me my things. " Thank you" I say. She smiles at me and helps the next customer.
" I can't wait to put my contacts in. I'm kinda tired of these glasses" I say, mostly to myself. We get back in the car and drive home.
I run upstairs and go straight to my mirror. I put my contacts in and smile. Grayson walks in my room and noticed the difference.
" Well don't you look different today" he chuckles. " Well, James wanted me to ask what you wanted from McDonald's. I tell him, " Uh just a small fry and a sprite please" he nods and walks out.
I go on Instagram and see that someone followed me. I tap on their account and see their username.

I look at the profile picture and realize it was my best friend from the orphanage. She was adopted when we were both ten.
I quickly follow her back and run down the steps. " Grayson!" I yell looking all over for him. " Yes?" He asks, coming out of a room with a camera.
" Can you message people on Instagram?" I ask, taking fast. " Uh yeah, you tap the button that says message" he tells me.
I nod, smiling to try and cover up me being a idiot.
" Thanks! Uh, what are you doing in there?" I ask him. He looks back and smiles at me. " We are filming for YouTube. Wanna join?" I nod and walk in. I sit in the bean bag across the room as I hear James start talking to the camera.
I left my phone in the room and ran upstairs in my room real quick to grab my earbuds.
I walk back in and plug them in. I go on YouTube and start watching James YouTube videos. He has a lot of subscribers.
He does makeup really well. Hopefully he teaches me how to apply it. I go to the twins YouTube channel and watch some of theirs. I laugh quietly to myself.
They finish making both the videos and the twins go and sit on the two bean bags.
I went over to James. " Do you think that you can teach me how to do makeup?" I ask shyly. He nods at me and pulls me into the seat next to him.
He starts putting stuff on and after awhile he says " Done" he smiles at me. I look at myself in the mirror. " Hey, I don't look ugly anymore" I giggle lightly, if only he knew.
I look over at twins and Ethan smiles at me. " You look pretty" I smile and Grayson is jaw dropped. I blush and look down. " Thank you James" I smile. I run upstairs and instantly text Lily.
She texts me back and I ask her for her number and Snapchat.
I add her and all that.
I instantly FaceTime her on my laptop. She picks up and almost start crying.
" Oh my god Lily, I missed you so much!" I say, starting to cry. She nods and crys too. " We need to hang out instantly. How about tomorrow at twelve, We can go to the park and catch up?" She asks.
" Lemme ask" I say and quickly jump off my bed. " James!" I yell, running down the steps. I slip and fall.
" Ow!" I scream. Grayson instantly runs to the steps. " Oh my god, Addilyn are you okay?!" He asks immediately picking me up. I nod and he sets me down. James came in and asks me " What? Did you yell for me?"
" Yes, can I go to the park around twelve tomorrow?" I ask. He nods " Are you going to meet a boy?" He winks at me. Grayson gasped and looked at me.
" No, I am meeting my best friend from the orphanage" I smile. James nods and I run up the steps.
" Lily!" I scream, dragging it out. " I can go!" I say excitedly jumping on my bed. She smiles and we talk for about five more minutes and then we say our goodbyes. I get up and plug my phone in. It's now eight o'clock. I grab out some shorts and a sweatshirt and get a shower. I walk back in my room to find Grayson sleeping in my bed.
I roll my eyes. My bed is a queen so I just laid on the other side where we are pretty far apart. I play on my laptop and put it up. I drift to sleep.
I wake up to a bad dream. I feel an arm wrapped around my waist. I look up and see Grayson sleeping.
I was about to push him away but he was sleeping. I was fine with it, he obviously was unconscious so he wouldn't know. I snuggle into his chest and fall back asleep, forgetting about the bad dream I had.
