Chapter Ten

• Lily's POV•

I got the phone call a few nights ago about Shawn. I bursted into tears. I still am in tears.

I'm sitting in the chair in his room waiting for him to wake up. I brought a bag of clothes just in case. Which was very much needed.

I sit there, in his sweatshirt and my very comfy blanket. Addilyn brought me Starbucks earlier. She checks up on my everyday.

I sit there playing on my laptop when I look at the time. Ten o'clock. The nurse always comes in and tells me visiting hours are over. But I pay no attention to her and act like I'm sleeping.

I quickly pretend sleep grabbing Shawn's hand. The chair is really close to the bed.

I hear the door open. " Miss, Oh. Aren't they cute together Amy?" The one nurse named Alexis asks.
" Yeah, come on we need to go tell others" Amy replies. She is always so annoyed.

" I know you aren't sleeping darling." Alexis says, I open my eyes and smile at her. She winks at me and walks out. I decide to actually go to sleep still holding Shawn's hand.

I wake up to my phone ringing. I quickly answer it. " Hello?" I rub the sleep out of my eyes. " Hey Addy, just checking up on you. Are you okay?" Ethan asks. " I am perfectly fine" I smile. We say our goodbyes and I get up to get dressed. I just keep on his hoodie and throw on some black leggings. Putting on another pair of fuzzy socks.

I sit myself back in my chair and go on my phone. I go to my photos and see a picture of me and Shawn from this morning. Me holding his hand with a big smile on my face. I slide over and see a picture of Alexis smiling.

I giggle to myself and hear shuffling. I then hear the voice I've been wishing to hear for awhile.

" What's so funny?" Shawn asks, stirring awake.
" Shawn!" I yell. I tears brimming to my eyes and I hug him.

I yell for the doctors and they do some test on him then tell me that he is free to go.

We walk out of the hospital and I get picked up to be swung around. " By the way, I love your hoodie" he chuckles. I smile and kiss his cheek. " Hey, you missed" he pouts. " Oh Whoops" I giggle, then I run to the car.

" Well that was rude!" He smiles and runs after me. I quickly get in the car locking all of the doors.

He tries to open it but fails. He just smirked at me and showed me the keys.

My eyes go wide. He quickly unlocks the door and starts tickling me. I start to laugh so hard that I'm not making sound anymore.

He finally stops and says " So, about that kiss" I smile and peck his lips. " Now get in. Time for us to go to my house" I squeal. He smiles and climbs in.

Addilyn's POV

I smile at Lily's text. Telling me Shawn finally woke up and they are at her house. I get up and put on some black leggings and a plain white hoodie. I throw my hair up into a ponytail and walk downstairs.

I turn on some music and start to wash the dishes. I sing along very lightly to the songs. I love to sing, but no one knows.

I'm so happy no one is here. James is out with someone to collab and the twins are making a video. I finish the dishes and pour myself some orange juice.

Doesn't make sense. I did dishes then made one dirty again.

I turn around and see Ian there smirking. I totally forgot about him. I put down my orange juice.

" Uh, Hey Ian" I smile nervously.

" You have a very pretty voice." He shows the video.
" Ian! I'm going to kill you!" I laugh running towards him. He runs away and darts up the steps. I run just as fast. He was about to close the door but I quickly jumped in there.

He puts his hands on his knees out of breath. I just giggle at him. I stand up and was about to walk out but I tripped on something and fell right on top of Ian.

I look at him and smile awkwardly.

" Hehe, Whoops?" He just smiles and we make eye contacts. He flips us around. He looks at my lips and kisses me. My first kiss.

He has super soft lips. Whoops.

But the kiss doesn't last very long as someone barges in his room. I quickly roll off of him and look up at James.

" Awe. How cute" He smiles. He snapped a picture of me and Ian looking at each other, complete shock on our face.

I get up and run to my room. That was super awkward. I decide to try some makeup looks. I look up some tutorials and watch carefully. I did some and I looked really good.

Maybe I should make a YouTube video. Just for fun. Nothing big. " Ian, get in here!" I yelled. He came in and sat right next to me. " What?" I hit record and smile. " Hello. Um I'm Addilyn and this is Ian. Today I am going to put makeup on Ian" I laugh. Ian smiles as he can tell I am acting stupid. I start to apply the foundation then just draw things on his face.

I actually try on his eyes though. I make a tree on it. It looks really pretty. After I finish I turn to the camera and say, " Thank you guys so much for watching. I'll see you later. Bye!" I smile and end the video. Then I start dying out laughing on the floor. Ian joins me and James walks in. " What are you guys laughing at?" We sit up and he starts to laugh too. " Ah I see. Well I have to go but I'll be back later with food. Bye sisters!" He smiled. I look over at Ian and smile.
